Italo was wonderful with my return. The ring I ordered was missing a stone and they remediated it quickly. This was my first purchase from them and I will be a customer!

The eternity ring I ordered took MONTHS to arrive. The quality is not good at all. The ring is very cloudy and looks so fake. I actually returned 2 other rings and wanted to return this last ring (3 strikes your out) but they would not let me return. It's a shame as I won't be wearing this ring and was a complete waste of my husbands $$ as it was a gift. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. Much better companies out there.

Ordering on line was quick and easy. However, I received a confirmation email saying their is a delay in the delivery due to high volume but you didn’t say how long it will take to receive my product.

It was easy to find what I wanted and the checkout process was easy.

Their jewelry is more beautiful and more realistic, looking than their competitors. I have also personally received amazing customer service and I am very, very grateful for that. I own real jewelry, but I prefer to wear fake when I’m playing sports or traveling so this is perfect if I were to leave rings and earrings in a hotel room or something like that. They are a fantastic company and they’re not kidding when they say “don’t worry” in their correspondence. I have never not received my item and it has never been less than beautiful. Their return policy is very reasonable. I love them.

I have purchased several items from this company and been happy with them. Problems arose when I asked to return an item, as I did recently. I requested details about how to return, was offered a discount on another purchase. Was eventually given an address in the USA. Cost me $30 in postage then $15 was deducted from my refund. Don't know why.

My second purchase from Italo beautiful jewelry, very well crafted, no difference from my real jewelry. Beautiful designs very affordable.

Great quality and very reasonably priced. My size 7 was a little lose, but it looked really nice on my wedding finger I would purchase from them again. Thank you for delivering it with care.
