I have ordered from Ivy Grey a few times over the last couple of years and the products are beautiful. This time, one of my items had a small defect and upon emailing the team it was sorted the very same day and a new one sent out which was much appreciated. The customer service was top class, as are the beautiful products. Will happily shop again in the future I am sure.

The faux woodland Garland that I bought is absolutely stunning. It’s so realistic that when I moved it I looked around for dropped foliage! I’m so glad that I bought it early for my Christmas mantle decorations because it has sold out. If it comes back in stock I’m buying another…
