Luisa and Symmone were fantastic to work with prior to the trip and helped plan a phenomenal family trip to Scotland. Our guide, Fiona Newcombe, was by far the best part of our trip. Fiona worked tirelessly each day to ensure we were prepared for and got the most out of our trip. It would not have been the same experience without her. Thank You to the entire Jacada Team!

The whole process was excellent. Meg and Rita were amazing and put together a great itinerary for our trip to Italy. We wanted to highlight all the culinary traditions Italy had to offer, and they delivered. All our hotels were beautiful and in great locations. Would recommend them to anyone looking to travel.

This was our 5th trip with Jacada. Absolutely everything (accommodations, excursions, food, guides, extra touch points) is top notch. We love how Ellie and Gita made our dream trip come true.

Our trip to Sicily was fabulous. Well planned, beautiful sights, great history, good food and wonderful wine. Our guides were knowledgeable and enjoyable, lodging excellent, and a must see part of Italy.

Great Experience with Jacada! I used them for a trip to Rwanda and South Africa for primate trekking and safari. The team (Ellie and Lauren) were great at communicating with me before, during, and after the trip. I had a few things go wrong along the way (not the fault of Jacada) and they were proactive in helping to resolve the issues. In fact, they went above and beyond my expectations. I felt completely supported while in Africa. I would use them again and recommend their services to anyone.

Charles Kronsten did an absolutely amazing job. Wouldn't change a thing about our trip and have already recommend him / Jacada to others. The best part of the trip was the guides and the highly curated experiences that avoided crowds and we could never have found on our own.

Chloe and Rhama outdid themselves planning our 2 week long trip to Bali, Indonesia. My husband reached out to them to plan a trip for our 19th wedding anniversary. They were able to pull off the most amazing trip in considerably short notice, just over a month. We felt like royalty throughout the entire vacation. My husband told Chloe that we didn’t want to have to think about a thing and they delivered. We had a copy of our itinerary but other than that we entrusted ourselves to our guide on the ground in Bali and we were whisked away to our excursions and to different parts of the island without ever having to use our brains. We were able to fully relax and enjoy the new culture and incredible landscapes. I can’t say enough about how good it feels to truly not have to worry about anything for two weeks! I was very nervous prior to our departure because we were leaving our three kids and traveling to the other side of the world. But I was assured that we would be reachable at all times during the trip. Every time we were picked up and dropped off at a new destination, our guide would document it and notify Jacada of our whereabouts. The security I felt in that was priceless. I could go on and on about how wonderful our adventures were during our trip. I am so grateful that my husband came across Jacada and that Chloe and Rhama were assigned to our trip. If you are on the fence just do yourself a favor and book your trip with this company. You will not regret it!

An amazing, perfectly planned adventure. For us, the airport and flight assistance are high value. We could never create the same stress free experience on our own. The lodging is always incredible and exactly what’s needed during any portion of the trip.

This was my second time working with Luisa and Sabina. Both trips were fabulous, in particular our most recent trip to Greece. During the planning stage, my husband and I were fairly undecided on where to travel, but Luisa provided fantastic guidance on locations based on our interests. I loved the combination of locations - Paros, Santorini, Crete, and Athens - as each place offered a unique experience. The attention to detail with planning our itinerary was outstanding - it was the perfect balance of planned activities and downtime, every outing felt very personalized, and the local guides were great. Importantly, I also felt like I could completely de-stress as I didn't have to think about any logistics once we arrived, as these were already fully set up and seamless. I also appreciated that they respected our budget, which is not an experience I've had with other luxury travel agencies.

I will definitely work with Jacada again for my next big trip, and have recommended them to friends and family.

Emily was great start to finish. The little unexpected touches, like VIP lounge in Kilimanjaro and red carpet service with Miracle air made us feel like royalty.
Our safari exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful tented camps with fabulous food to the game drive guides who were so fun and personable, we enjoyed our trip to the fullest.

A smooth talking woman in London said this company could put together a trip in four weeks. I had explained that I wanted to get a visa and go as quickly as possible.
Based on its promises, I turned down other offers. Then
she pulled the rug out from under me. She wanted me to go in two months when it is convenient for the company,not me. This is not "first class" treatment. If you are booking your trip,based on my experience, do not book it with this travel company.

JACADA put together a most perfect private and memorable Botswana itinerary. Thank you travel designer, Jody van Merode! The duration at each of the three camps (Kanana, Shinde and Wilderness Savuti) was great! Guides were so knowledgeable, accommodations so very comfortable, staffs so professional (courteous and attentive), and superb meals were prepared by the chefs and their staff. Also, thank you so much to other “behind the scene” experts: Kamogelo Dolo, Guest Experience Team, airport escorts throughout the country, hotel staff, etc.

Our trip to Arctic Norway was fantastic. The itinerary was tailored to our interests. The stress of traveling to an unfamiliar area was alleviated. Jacada showed me the value of working with a true travel specialist. It's well worth it.
