Delivery did take longer than described. You shipped it very fast, but delivery can take much longer when it's to places a bit more remote. More precise wording would be appreciated.

Really good service

Really good service. Quick response to answers regarding the complicated/ foreigner unfriendly system Japan has regarding concert tickets. Would use the service again! :-)

Hello, our Shinkansen ticket prices may be slightly higher than purchasing directly from Japan Rail Company, but please bear in mind this includes international payment processing, English-language support and customer assistance before and during your trip. These services are designed to provide a smoother and more convenient booking experience, particularly for international travelers who don't speak Japanese.

We completely understand that some customers may prefer to purchase tickets directly from JR, and that option is always available.

Great Visit Experience with Room for Improvement in E-Ticket Support

The visit itself, as well as the overall decorations, were absolutely stunning, and I truly enjoyed the experience once inside.

Unfortunately, I encountered an issue on the day of the visit due to a problem with my phone, which prevented me from accessing my e-ticket. As a result, I went to the Japan Experience location several hours before my scheduled time to seek assistance. Although I provided all the required booking details, the administrative staff were unable to locate my ticket in the system.

This led to a significant inconvenience, as I then had to find a computer elsewhere to access my email and retrieve the e-ticket myself. Given that my time in Tokyo was very limited, losing half a day in this way was particularly frustrating.

I hope that, in the future, the process for retrieving customer tickets in the system can be improved, especially for situations where customers face technical issues with their phones. This would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

Unfortunately Teamlab only provide their tickets as a QR code that becomes available to access only from the date of entry selected when booking, meaning we cannot provide it in advance to allow for printing it out. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the exhibition once inside!

very good experience with this device

very good experience with this device, easy to use and properly operating wherever I went during my tour. Battery lasts at least one day, so I never used the power bank. The kit was left to me at my hotel and I sent it back at the end of my travel using a postbox at the airport. Strongly suggest to buy it for your journey in Japan.

Very poor and outdated

Service was consist. Consistently slow.

Was given a very very old device. It only charges with micro usb (in 2026!!), has poor battery life. (Doesn't last the full day).

The device only supports wifi 2.4ghz. speeds were very slow. Could not connect more than one device at a time without speeds dropping to unusable levels.

Bought a service i could not used in…

Bought a service i could not used in Japan, i explained the situation and Even though i sent Osaka enter inf refusas they refused to reimburse me arguing it was possible to get on, which was not ok when i wanted 1 hour show the tickets and get refused. 3 year i buy at japan expérience other time was ok but this time not ok, very anoying to be treated like its your fault we will not charge u back even with that happened, all ost like you lie it was possible to get in. And the solution « step by step » proposed did not work, impossible ton register on their website therefore impossible to get a barcode, and impossible to get in with all the documents sent to me (mail, order, original ticket, purchase proof). Not acceptable

As explained to you by email, after the Ticket ID was purchased from us, you needed to go to the official Osaka Expo website and register it; this is where you select your exact visit date and entry time to receive your entry ticket QR code. We provided a step-by-step user guide along with the Ticket ID that explained all the necessary steps needed. We value your past patronage with us, and sincerely regret this experience was not satisfactory.
