There were some differences between the app and the website which made things a bit confusing, for example, the sizing standard for rings was in UK on the site but US on the app despite changing every option to South Africa.
Another issue is shipping on the app the same product with the same configuration has free shipping whereas the website does not bit the website shows an additional gift but the app does not.

Had problems with a ring I ordered a thankfully customer service was on hand to help me sort the situation out. Was my fault as I had ordered the wrong size ring however staff couldn’t have been more helpful !!

Clearly a scam
Impossible to get in touch with the company. Placed an order on May 10th and got an email asking if the address was correct, which I confirmed it was. Email clearly states that order will be delivered between May 15 and 18. Have not received the order and despite several emails I also have not been able to get a response from the company. Clearly a scam so will go ahead and claim my money back from card provider.
