Great piece of shop equipment, works like a dream. JMC was quick in shipping the unit out to our dealership. Would definitely recommend both JMC Automotive Equip. and this oil suction recovery unit.

Wil was great in helping me purchase the Bendpak HD-7W and set up the installation with the installer. He called the installer while I was on the other line and obtained a quote from the installer and worked out the logistics of the lift being sent to the installer and then they would bring it to my house for the installation. Everything went very smoothly!

INDEED! I maybe got a little snaggle-toothed when, instead of processing my order as expected, they took an extra day and required additional ID from me. (Bank info different state from delivery address because we just moved and haven't changed that yet.) I need this equipment to open my doors for business, and didn't appreciate the delay. Imagine my surprise and delight when it arrived ON TIME! Just like me to get a little bent for nothing. :) VERY happy with the service, the customer support folks, and everything about JMC Equipment. Will definitely order from them again, and will absolutely recommend. Thanks, folks.

I ordered from jmc back on the 4th of november and i received an email telling me that I would get another email when it shipped. Well it is now the 12th and i have yet to get one that says it's shipped. I log on to my account and it still says it's waiting to ship. I tried calling yesterday but it was veterans day so I think they was closed. I'm going to try and call again today.

Showed up fast, but I didn't have any idea when it was coming. Other than that not much to say- as described and totally decent price.

Placing the order was easy. I decided to add an additional item to the order a day later and Laura helped me through that process - some places make this almost impossible. Laura also sent updates as soon as the status of my order changed for any reason.
I had a great experience with JMC as a Company and Laura individually.

I worked with John on my order and he was fantastic! Knew what he was talking about, was very friendly and professional. I received order updates as it moved through the system so I knew what/where/when. Their pricing was very competitive but their service is what sold the deal. This is a professional group.

The customer service here was phenomenal, I called in to get a floor jack for our shop and the people on the phone were very polite and helpful in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. After the Jack showed up I received a phone call the next day asking if we had gotten it and if it was in good condition, which it was. I have never had a company call to make sure everything was ok with the shipment. We will definitely be purchasing more from JMC as we need it.

The above rating is for their customer service as they didn't have the product that I ordered, so I'm unable to rate their store as a whole. I was informed fairly quickly that the product I had ordered had been discontinued and the customer service agent was great in trying to find me something similar. I ended up having to cancel as we didn't find something to fit our needs.

I had a great customer experience, Laura was great to handle my order, and she was great following up during the whole process.

Hasn't been a good experience. I've had to call twice asking why after one week I still haven't seen my purchase ship? Very quick to take my money but horrible after that. Still waiting...

I used JMC Automotive Equipment to buy tools for our home renovation and was really pleased that they offer used products for a lot cheaper in a good condition. When it comes to buying tools I don't mind buying used, as long as it works. The delivery was a little delayed for some reasons though.

I recently purchased an Ingersoll Rand D650-KL2 1/2" Keyed Chuck 19.2 Volt Drill Kit w/2 Li-Ion Batteries from JMC Automotive Equipment for US$377. I followed the prompts and added my billing and shipping address and proceeded to the checkout where I made full payment by credit card. I thought my purchase was complete and was waiting for delivery when I received an email from JMC stating that they had made an error when they didn't charge me for shipping to Melbourne Australia. When I refused to pay an additional US$297 and asked them to honour the paid invoice they sent me at the time of purchase, they refused and then cancelled my order completely. I have suffered for an internal computing error made by this company and I would not recommend purchasing from JMC (especially outside the US).

I ordered a Sata gun from TCP Global and was told it would take one week for the order to come in. After 3 weeks I called TCP and they said that the order was cancled because the factory in germany said they did not make it anymore. I was backed up in work and was freaking out bad when I called JMC and Juan told me it was available in Germany and he would have it overnighted from there to their shop and then they would ship it asap to me. needless to say they did exactly what they said they were going to do and I received it today and all is well. Thanks guys! Been painting all afternoon.
