I purchased an endPak XPR-9 Dual-Width, 9,000 Lb. 2 Post Lift from JMC Automotive Equipment and had excellent customer service from start to finish. Juan was immediately responsive to questions regarding ordering, delivery and installation. The delivery was well communicated and on time. The recommended installer was top notch and I am very pleased with the quality of the product I bought.

Even though I ended up purchasing my lift from another vendor I found Juan to be courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He never grew tired of my questions either on the phone or via email. He always returned my query in a timely manner and was interested in whether or not any new information stimulated another question or completely answered my previous one. I plan to contact them to further enhance my garage and mechanical needs. Highly recommend this company.

The tool I ordered was no longer available from the vendor so I received lightning speed correspondence including possible replacements. The replacements would not meet my needs and a refund was issued that same day. Even though I didn't get my tool, I had a very good experience.

Shipping was painful, it said no shipping when I ordered it, got a email saying it couldn't be shipped to my house, without a extra charge. Said 48hour ship time,.... 1.5 weeks later.... So had to send it to a business in the area, even though I explained I had a forklift, and would be on site to except package. Open package and it was miss a part and I had to fix it. Put the unit together and tested ok. Happy with product, Will try to order something in the future hopefully have a better out come.

I ordered a large air compressor from JMC via internet order. Soon after order placement they called me to be sure the order details were correct including the shipping address. The day after the compressor was due to be delivered they called to be sure everything went well. Can't ask for better service than that!

you think that you check your prices prior to listing them online... went to go purchase an item online next day the money was refunded saying their item was Price incorrectly no ologies s***** service crappy company

These are honorable and honest people. I will buy from them the next time I purchase equipment. I advise anyone to buy from them.

The website was easy to use. I needed my shipment quickly so I called and spoke to a helpful representative, who confirmed that I would receive my order on time. Ordered product and was almost immediately informed that they were out of stock. I was a little disappointed but it was great communication! Laura Zapata head of customer service emailed me and called me personally to talk about my options. She got busy locating one to fulfill the order the next day and it has shipped already. Here again. It's 7/8/2014 @ 5:30pm CST, and I am pleasantly surprised by John at JMC. I needed a specific or particular type of scan tool, one that would read (DTC) dealer trouble codes or (FTC) factory trouble codes, however you want to say it, on a 2005 Toyota Prius. I was having issues with the hybrid system of this car. Not only did John figure out what the most cost effective scanner that would read the DTC, he also was instrumental in finding and putting on the JMC web site an scanner adapter that I could use my iPhone to interface with the cars computer system! He did a GREAT JOB!!!!
