We’ve purchased a dining table and chairs from Joseph James in St Helens, with the help of Peter, who was extremely helpful. He offered good advice and has an aim to please attitude. We liked a particular set of chairs. We asked if it was do-able?
We chose the table and matched them, choosing lighter wooden legs. They are now complete and the suite is ready for delivery. Nothing was a trouble for him. Their motto is “Yes, Yes and Yes!” 😊They’ve kept us in the loop and sent photos ahead of delivery, looking forward to receiving it tomorrow.
Felt at ease and not pressured, very good experience. Would recommend. ✔️

Had a great sofa searching experience at Warrington and Laura was fabulous. We came out with something totally different to what we went in for but love it to pieces. Thank you Laura for being really helpful and not pushy. Felt very comfortable with no pressure to buy. We went home to check measurements and then paid and arranged delivery over the phone. Had my sofas delivered today and can I just say that Keith the driver and his 2 lads were amazing, smile on their faces and nothing was too much trouble and even took my old sofas away as well. Lovely guys and a pleasure to meet them.

The couch arrived and I’m happy with it.
Only down fall I was told it was a two man lift
when the guy arrived to bring my sofa into
the house the other person was a woman.
I live on my own and there was no way I could have
helped to lift the couch thank goodness my brother
and his friends were here to help

After an exhausting search for a mattress I spotted this one online. Bought it, received a phone call about delivery. Booked a slot. It was delivered, unpacked ready to go. First night last night and I didn’t get up until 11am. Great service.

Excellent after sales service. Excellent choice of delivery slots. Excellent delivery in which I was called to let me know when my sofa bed would be delivered. More importantly I am delighted with my sofa bed which is excellent quality. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase and will definitely shop again.
