My mum bought a sofa from James in St Helens and his service was amazing. The sofa has been delivered and I’m so happy with it! I will definitely be visiting again.

Great service , bought over the phone , delivered on the day stated , text day before with time slot , lovely delivery men phoned 20 mins before arriving , even carried it upstairs and removed packaging all with a smile thanks Kieth from elliot and co and Martin from Joseph James 5/5 🤩

Great sofa great price, good communication, sofa delivered quickly and well packaged.

Basically I feel very disappointed and I feel they are bullies. Refuse to give my money back when I cancelled the order. Won’t answer the phone or when I message they sometimes get back to you. So I be honest with you all there products are defected and secondhand goods. They won’t give your money back. Bought on line says 14 day money back. They will not give you your money back proper cowboys. Going to court over it

This company was a pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. Friendly and helpful, plus the delivery fellows were very polite and respectful.

Wouldn't even give a 1 star. Absolutely appalled by this company. Purchased a three and a two combo seven weeks ago it was delivered and one of the motors was broken. We immediately informed the Store and was told that a technician would be out straight away to fix it. Seven weeks later still waiting technician was supposed to turn up didn't customer services have now told me that the technician is a third-party and it is down to me to contact them!. the customer services department couldn't care less they're not interested
What an absolutely disgraceful company would never recommend anybody buy from these people
