The cup does its job, however it was not specified on the page that the cup is made out of plastic; now, it also didn’t say that it was made out of another material, but, in my opinion, the product page through its images made it appear like if it were made out of glass.
This said, the cup feels cheap due to the material and the benefit of being able to read the measurement on top doesn't compensate this.
I don’t recommend, go for a glass measuring cup instead.
P.S I though about returning it, but to do so you must pay the return shipment, which in my case amounted to essentially the same price as the cup itself (again, the product page tricks you by saying that the returns are accepted but they don’t specify, if not in the terms of service which are buried in their website, that you must pay for them.)

I have over 20 utensils and kitchen/bathroom products from Joseph Joseph. All of them are loved and they always feel and look like quality.
I have recently received a 6 pots & pans set as a wedding gift. After 6 months of use they had some chipping issues.
I emailed the customer service about it and after a couple of exchanges with George, they agreed to send a replacement. Very kind and helpful. Greatly appreciated.
So far over 6 years of using their products, I have yet to be disappointed once.
Clearly not fit for purpose.
I purchased an utensil set via Amazon. The spatula burnt at low temperature. I contacted JJ to see if they could replace the spatula instead of returning everything and they said not our problem, see Amazon. I did and got a refund. BUT they confirmed that their product would burn at 200C yet a frying pan operates between 150C and 260C. so its clearly not fit for purpose.

Amazing customer service - faulty saucepan sets replaced
I ordered a 3-set of stainless steel saucepans that arrived with defects or showed defects at the very first use (despite carefully following the instructions).
The customer service took care of the issue and after sending details and photos of the issue they offered to replace the full set.

Warranty Claim
The handle of one of my Joseph Joseph pots broke and after a note to the customer service team, Kokila did a wonderful job of issuing a store credit for me to order a replacement as the unit was in warranty. Very prompt and seamless process. Thanks

I Had an issue with a product but Mariela sorted it out very efficiently and arrange a replacement under warranty . Customer Service was very responsive and always polite.
Joseph Joseph knife block poor quality knife handles
Joseph Joseph knife block is of very poor quality. I have already had to replace the paring knife, now the next size up handle is on its last legs, and the bread knife handle has just completely failed.
Cannot recommend.
I have a cheap knife block set that I got as a housewarming present over 30yrs ago. Still going strong.

Quick replacement of faulty product
I purchased a large nest oven baking tray in December 2025. After only a few times of usage (within 4 months) the non-stick coating came off.
Disappointed, I emailed customer service providing photographic evidence. I received a prompt response from Ruth who swiftly arranged for a replacement baking tray. The matter was fully resolved without issue and within 2 days!
Great customer service
I had an issue with my shower shelf and contacted Joseph Joseph straight away. I received an email response very quickly acknowledging my disappointment and explaining that a replacement item was unavailable. I was offered a credit for the item at full price, even though I’d bought the item on sale. I was very impressed with the customer service - fast, efficient, acknowledging, and following up with action. Congratulations Joseph Joseph.

Delighted with my order
Delighted with my order, however, due to a very unhelpful courier, it took days to get to me. This was by no means Joseph Joseph’s fault but still annoying. Shout out to George who was extremely helpful and got it sorted in the end.

The help received from the customer service team once my call was escalated to a team manager was excellent. It would be great to see more items that can be replaced such as small lids for containers, glass items or pump dispenser replacements, would be great so not having to replace full items especially to help with recycling and landfill when products have to be discarded rather than replacement of a full item.

I've been a customer for a bit more than a year.
Life has been generous to me and after years of hard work and savings I moved to a new house in April 2025, first house and loads of excitements. I am a bit of a weirdo and like things same colour, same brand and etc, so from October 2024 I've started buying stuff to the new house, not gonna lie, very expensive stuff, but following the way I like. After spending loads they had a promo for Black Friday and here is what the story starts, knowing I've spent a lot they gave me a voucher with the value I could save on that Black Friday sales. That is customer service!
Then today the reason why I am writing this review.
This morning one of my 3 chopping board just broken in the middle, as I am a weirdo I simply can't live watching something missing in my counter, so emailed Joseph Joseph to ask if they offer a standalone board.
I've got an answer really quickly saying unfortunately they do not sell that separate but reminded me of the 24 months warranty, so we've got that sorted and a new set is being posted.
Massive thanks to Amina from Customer Service on her kindness and clear way to explain things.
And congrats to Joseph Joseph to be fair and keep the loyal customers happy.

Poor Quality AVOID
Customer service is a joke! paid a lot of money for a folio knife set with chopping boards. The paring knife has fell apart just over the warranty period. J+J customer service has no single replacement and told me to buy a new knife set at £100! they don’t care about customers it all about making money. Zero after sales service and will not use again! Just to add… a
10% off code was offered which is a joke! The whole set has gone in the bin as the other knives are also falling apart!
