I am a profoundly Deaf sign language user. I was refused service from this firm for my purchase conveyancing needs because I cannot use the voice phone! They obviously haven't heard of the Equality Act 2010. I have found a wonderful caring solicitors since. First time in my 66 years that I've been made to feel rejected and discriminated against. AVOID!

Very unresponsive, it takes them so long to process one document, and when you try to reach out to them just no response at all, straight to the voice mail. I understand you might be busy, and I work in Sales as well, but I never leave my customers ghosted. At least just give a quick email update in the case, it takes less than a min to say we are working on it.

Especially when it is mentioned consistently that this purchase is urgent from the start.

I cannot recommend Alina more highly. She was so helpful and supportive and remained professional in circumstances where there were difficulties with the seller’s solicitor. I would use her again in a heartbeat!

Very appalling service and would not recommend them to anyone. However, you can use them at your own risk.will never forgive them for the distress they put us through. Wish there was a zero rating star

The Eway app and Aisha Khan made our experience a very pleasant one. Quick responses and the app let's you know what's happening (especially when the conversations doesn't include the buyer/seller). I'd definitely use again.
