Ordered an item but was sent something different. Returned for a refund.
Ordered another item a few days later and have again been sent something different.
Non-existent customer care line, so everything is done via email. Customer service agent is now telling me I can’t return the item even though it is materially different from what I’ve ordered (and what they show on their website).

We're sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with your experience.
To clarify, the product supplied on both occasions was the item advertised on our website and matched the product description and imagery provided. Both the brand and ourselves advertise this product as Briefs, and the concern raised relates solely to the manufacturer's internal labelling, rather than the product itself. It is not uncommon for manufacturers to use internal product classifications that differ from the terminology used for retail marketing.
Following your first order, we explained that the manufacturer's labelling differed from the retail product description and advised that any replacement or future order of the same item would contain the same manufacturer labelling. A refund was then issued for the original order.
A short time after, the exact same product was ordered again and, as previously advised, arrived with the same manufacturer labelling. While we remain satisfied that the correct item was supplied on both occasions, we have nevertheless accepted a further return and refund.

Extremely poor after-sales service from Jules B.
I placed order #JB1136205-041 and the parcel was dispatched via DPD, but I never received it. I contacted Jules B on 16 May and requested a return to sender. On 19 May, I confirmed in writing that they could proceed with this and accepted the £4.50 return fee deduction.
Since then, I have chased repeatedly on 28 May, 30 May, 2 June and 10 June. Jules B confirmed on 4 June that the return-to-sender request had been submitted, yet I still have no parcel, no refund, and no clear resolution.
This is unacceptable. Jules B has retained my money for almost a month despite the fact that I never received the goods and agreed to the return process weeks ago. The customer should not be left out of pocket indefinitely while Jules B and DPD resolve the issue between themselves.
I have been patient and followed up several times, but the lack of ownership and urgency is very disappointing. I am now asking Jules B to process my refund immediately, less the agreed £4.50 fee if applicable, and confirm this in writing.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend Jules B for online orders where any delivery issue requires customer support. I will update this review if and when my refund is finally processed.

Unfortunately, the complexity and rarity of this case resulted in a longer than expected investigation with the courier, which delayed the return to sender process and subsequent refund. We appreciate that this was not the level of service you expected from us and we apologise.
Having reviewed the case, we can see that it has now been resolved. While we understand this does not make up for the inconvenience caused, we are pleased that the matter has now been concluded.
