Stuck in a stalemate
I am having a nightmare with this company. I bought a matching trouser and top set and returned both items as the trousers didn’t fit. I have only been refunded for the top as they say their warehouse staff only found one item in the package. They have been very slow responding to emails and aren’t answering calls as they say they can’t cope with the volume and are prioritising orders and returns! These were high cost items and it is both frustrating and concerning that they don’t believe the customer when it’s clear their warehouse staff must be struggling. The latest email was one copied into me where the staff member was asking someone else what to do!
Update: I can confirm that this has been satisfactorily resolved now, but not sure I’d feel confident to use the site again.
