Damaged holdbacks TWICE!!
I received my holdbacks but due to the poor packaging of the holdbacks they have arrived damaged.
Both holdbacks were in a bubble wrap bag with nothing between them so in transit they have been rubbing together and arrived all scratched and marked. I contacted customer services who offered a refund or replacement I asked for a replacement but asked them to be packaged properly. I waited a week on my replacement and the exact same happened again. I then gave in and emailed yet again and just asked for a refund. received a refund. No reply to my email just a refund notification. Customer service is very poor along with the packing procedure

Disappointed.
I bought curtains and duvet set to match. On arrival the background colour of the curtains is cream the background colour of the duvet cover is white. When I pointed this out was told this was stated but I couldn’t find that description anywhere. Not impressed.
