The jumpsport was easy to install. Happy with it. Unfortunately, I also ordered a handlebar which came with a missing extension piece so I am not able to assemble. I am hesitant to use the trampoline without the bar. Poor coordination.

I got it fast, it was easy to assemble and I've been loving it everyday!!

Package was very well done. Easy flat box to open. Bungees were already installed. Legs only took 10 minutes to install and tighten .
Material of jumpsport is very sturdy and will last a long time even using everyday.
39” size is perfect for anyone. I did not get safety handle bar because without it makes me stay focused and concentrated of the movement.

I was able to find replacement cords easily and receive them within the week.

It was an awful experience. I ordered in August 2nd cause they said shipping express in 2 business days and I was staying within the United States during that time and I wanted pink leg caps. The order arrived until August 8, at 1 pm and I had to leave at morning. I tried to reached your team to ask for help and they were super rude even the supposedly manager and they said they couldn’t do anything. I asked for a refund and they said also no. So I just purchased to waste my money to trash. So for me you guys suck. Mostly because I asked for help when I realized it wasn’t getting in time and they act super rude saying they did everything right and not helping me at all.

As a group fitness instructor, personal trainer and medical fitness specialist at a large facility I looked at many other rebounders before I decided on the Jumpsport Pro 39" with handlebar. Right now for personal use but possibly for future classes at my workplace. I could not have made a better choice - the service was impeccable and every interaction with JumpSport was positive. I got quick responses to my questions and a superquick resolution to a minor issue; their customer service was very friendly and responsive. The delivery of my items was also very timely. The rebounder itself is very stable; and being able to adjust the tension is helpful. Bouncing is great fun and a great cardio workout. When I am ready to teach classes I will suggest Jumpsport Pro rebounders to my workplace - I look forward to using this excellent product!

The product arrived damaged. I was not able to screw in 3 of the 6 legs.

I had a very good interaction with CS from JumpSport, they were incredibly helpful, polite, kind, friendly in the best possible way. Professional for sure. Their products are good quality, made well. I thoroughly enjoy my Rebounder and highly recommend theirs as it is priced reasonably and just really well made. Do your research before you just "buy one" they have different levels/tiers for fitness levels, beginner to expert. Excellent product! Great CS, please don't change that.

Everything about my transaction went smoothly. I bought the best, and received the best! My JumpSport PRO 44” rebounder was so easy to set up. No assembly of bungees needed (already completed). I’ve added the barre and the JumpSport resistance bands. I’m getting all of the benefits of rebounding plus strength and flexibility. Very happy!

I ordered the JumpSport 39" Premium Fitness Trampoline and finally unboxed it tonight. Unfortunately, I could only assemble 2 out of the 6 legs.On the remaining 4 leg sockets, the screws get stuck halfway in, and the Allen wrench cannot turn any further. To troubleshoot, I took one of the legs that successfully assembled and tried it in the problem holes. It encountered the exact same issue, confirming that the threaded holes on the frame are not straight.I am incredibly disappointed that a crucial part of this trampoline was built with such a blatant manufacturing flaw, making the product completely unusable. I am contacting the seller tomorrow to arrange a return.

Customer service is excellent. My original order was held up for 24 hours to make sure I had the correct piece of equipment as I had not purchased my rebounder through JumpSport. This seems like a good practice to me to avoid unnecessary returns. Valerie from customer service was prompt and helpful in her response to my emails and questions. I decided to change my order and once I did so it was shipped promptly and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This was EXACTLY what I was looking for!!! This product fit my stability bar perfectly, it's stable & of good quality. So, glad I found this!!!

I got the help I needed to ensure I ordered the correct replacement mat and cords. My 12 year old cords were well past due for replacement. It's like having a whole new trampoline!

Excellent product and quick shipping

This is an excellent rebounder. I ordered the 44" Pro Fitness one and it is the perfect size. I had a spring one before that did it's job but this is in a different league. It is so quiet and it bounces so gently. I have so much more control of the unit when rebounding. It definitely is softer on my joints. It is well worth the price. I added the handle bar which is good but I feel it cuts some of the mat off. I wish it went closer to the end of the circle.
It was delivered so quickly - within 2 days. I truly was shocked how fast it came.
