Easy 2 use and great when u have no cash to order

It depends on where I order from. McDonalds can be hit or miss in that most of the time the food arrives cold and it seems that you have to request milk with your Americano.
With other locations,it depends on how many orders they have and whether your order arrives in one piece.
Overall, a great facility and one stop shop where there is a great choice of restaurants and a facility to see the approximate time of delivery.

Ordered. Paid online. Received confirmation that order was received. Drove there. Received confirmation that order was ready for collection. Takeaway was shut and had been shut all evening.

Just Eat are ruining small businesses. I ordered food from a small business and the food arrived freezing cold. This is not the restaurants fault but the driver for Just Eat who take on multiply orders at once. The customer service is non existent and this is the lies they sent me. It took him 15 minutes to eventually tell me when the driver collected my food. This restaurant is 15 mins away. He magically got it to me in 4 minutes and was absolutely freezing cold. The restaurant had it made but he didnt update his system for ages. I wish businesses had their own delivery service and we could stop wasting our time on Just Eat

Robbers !! I have made numerous orders with just eat and any time I order McDonald’s for my kids there is always missing iteam and when I email just eat you get the same reply each time which is

They never compensate you for the items
That are missing ,this has happened multiple times ,never order from just eat !! Try somewhere else and there also more expensive then ordering from other places.

Confirmed food was collected from restaurant and could see delivery driver on app near house but then delivered appeared on app. FOOD WAS NOT DELIVERED. Last time using Just Eat!

Should be able to give 0 stars.

No customer service at all.

Hard to get the money back after order being cancelled.

ETA on the orders 30-40 min, expect to be 1.5-2 h at least.

My wife ordered a McDonalds for delivery and after waiting for ages she contacted the courier only to be told the order had been "cancelled" and was told the payment would be refunded after 3 days. She rang McDonalds to complain but was told it wasn't their responsibility. Question is what happened to the order? Was it never sent out? Was it sent out but never delivered? If so then was it returned to Mcdonalds or did the courier keep it for their lunch? Don't ever use this shower of incompetent sham artists. I don't know why McDonalds use them it tarnishes their whole reputation.

I cancelled an order, made over Just Eat, direct with restaurant as Just Eat are only contactable by email. Restaurant were excellent and refunded the cost via Just Eat. I contacted Just Eat by mail but they 'repeatedly' denied my refund even though they had received the money back from the restaurant!!.
The restaurant area manager had to intercede with Just Eat to make the refund happen.
The interaction with Just Eat was like dealing with a bot and despite telling them that they had my money they didn't seem to care

Yesterday I got food from a local shop and everything was like always click on the items you want pay and wait. After 20-30 min I got a call from the driver asking me for the code I told him I'll give him the code when he's downstairs and then he told me if I don't provide the code he wont be able to come and deliver my food I was like sure here is the code I didn't think much of it, then he told me food will be there in 10 min. After 20 min I tried to call the driver but the number didn't work I called the restaurant and asked if the driver is close as it was marked as delivered on the app. The restaurant told me they don't know as they don't have the drivers information or phone number then I opened the chat with Just Eat and they told me that the food was delivered and the code was entered correctly there is nothing they could do, I asked if they can call the driver as it's one of their employees or check with him or something. In a "respectful" they told me they don't do anything once the order is finished and the correct code was provided basically they don't care anymore, l asked the same question again for them to check with my driver as the food was not cheap the agent just responded with is there anything I can help you with? I said no that this is my only concern and then the agent closed the chat like WTH?????
Unfortunately this was my last time that I used Just Eat.

Very bad app!...nonone should use this to order food!...ive got the worst experience ever with them and they are just steal money and food from people and take no responsibilities for it. Probably my reviev will never been seen by anyone because they are soo bad with everything and someone suppose finally take care of their bad dealing with customer. I order a food and driver (probably him)call literally one sec and when im went to the reception to take it straight away there was no food and no driver. I try to contact at chat but they just keep asling all the time for the same,and when my friends sing me a happy birthday song they decided to finish chat because im not answering so im not complaining anymore. I called to restaurant and they send it normal but
When i contact with Just Eat theybsaid they wont refund me because its my fould and from there side is all with correct policy..when i said i dont have a food and now i wont even get money they trying to explain me how fast i should answer the phone and its all my foult. And on my phone everything was "delivered"..so where was a food?..there was nothing . No Thank you its the worst experience ever

Orders continually cancelled or food cold

Do not use this company! I opened an account after receiving a gift card. Tried to order having selected account balance as payment option but kept asking for my debit card details. Wouldn't allow me to use my account balance. But! - it took the price of the order from my account! No order was placed and that was confirmed by their website. The help/chat function is completely useless and the customer support email displayed on their website is invalid. So yeah they just take money from your account and show accountability. Avoid like the plague.

My daughter Have ordered loads of times for McDonald's Wexford and Everytime the order is wrong

Just Eat Ireland is a terrible experience. It’s happened to us twice that we have ordered for a party, food never arrived but was marked as delivered. Then, there is no way to contact them because they make it super hard to contact them directly. Other times waiting for too long only to have an order cancelled. We will be giving up on them now at this stage.

A cyclist arrived to my door last night with food that was stone cold as he had made other deliveries while my food order was sitting on the back of his bike. I gave him the code he asked for before he took the food out of his bag. I asked him if the food was hot and he actually admitted it was cold. I refused to accept the order and then the burger actually fell out of the bottom of the bag and onto the ground as the bag was wet. The courier took the food way with him and I contacted just eat to inform them. They could not have cared less. They have refused to acknowledge this issue. Stated that I had received my order even though the courier took the order away with him. This business needs more regulation. Do not support a business that does not support its customers. I am taking a case with PayPal to get my money back. Just eat is not a decent company, certainly the people employed in the Irish version have no idea how to treat customers. They all use a scripted response. Make sure the restaurant you order from knows about the terrible manner in which the just eat couriers deliver their food and perhaps just make the effort to order and collect your own food. That way you know it’s going to be edible.
