I purchased an item and when we tried to use it the item was faulty. Paid for sending it back as they agreed to fix it. The item came back and when we tried to use it the item did not work again. The company are refusing to fix or refund and have offered no solutions. Do not purchase from here.

Where to begin.

This company is known among the UK airsoft scene as a complete joke and are universally avoided by everyone, other than the blissfully ignorant who make such a mistake out of lack of experience.

They sent me multiple products in my order that were faulty/damaged then accused me of lying when I called up to secure my refund. They constantly demanded videos and pictures, yet still called me a liar even when they were submitted clearly showing the issues.

I reminded them of the law on this matter (Everyone is entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, regardless of reason. You don't even need to specify a reason) and they didn't seem to care.

When I did actually manage to get them to begrudgingly accept to refunding me (As though I didn't have that right to begin within), they refused to put it into writing, leading me to believe they'll try saying I tampered with the gun in the barely 12 hours it was in my possession and attempt to deny my refund.

Unfortunately for them, my bank has eyes on them now and is prepared to do a chargeback ASAP. They've also advised me that my understanding of the law and my consumer rights are perfectly valid, despite whatever JBBG might spew as they insult their customers who dare want their value for money.

Do not do business with these people or their parent company Trimex UK. You are not a customer to them, you are just another idiot who made the mistake of trusting them. Remember your rights as a consumer and get a refund! You ARE entitled to one, regardless of reason! (So long as you're claiming it within 14 days of purchase).

If JBBG don't comply, contact your bank and have the transaction reversed. Keep all of your correspondence, take pictures/videos of the issues, and show it to your bank/whoever you paid through. This company, despite what it thinks and how it acts, is not above the law.

If you have any doubts about the validity of this review, I implore you to read the many, MANY other negative reviews below that are coming in hot and fast on the heels of the Christmas period that this company has handled shambolically.

And yes, the positive reviews are majority faked by the company.

Order a gun 2 weeks b4 christmas still not got it got told I would get a refund witch will would take 2/3 to go back in to my account witch still haven't got don't waste your money with this company

I brought a sniper rife for my son he was so happy with it when he opened it for his birthday but after using it a couple of times under my supervision the bolt broke off the gun when he was loading it.
I emailed just bb guns with a video showing the problem just to receive an email back telling me the gun should never have broken like that and it must have been misused.
My son is 10 and I watched him load it .....
No way should a 10yr old be able to break a bolt by just loading a gun...
I phoned them up and the customer service was absolutely rubbish asking what credentials I have to supervise my child...
Any one who takes the time to read reviews please don't buy from these money grabbing crooks with not one ounce of common decency.

They took my money for my sons Christmas present and haven't sent me the full order. A very rude man on the phone to my husband told him 'tough, you didn't tell us soon enough' And there was us generously allowing them extra time to deliver everything over the Christmas period!

Dreadful customer service.

Absolute con men! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! All there guns are used crap! They sent me two used rifles! They also try and deny you a refund even though you just received the item. I will be taking this thieving junk store to court if I don’t get my refund.

Bought a airsoft gun from Just BB for a Christmas present. Opened on Christmas day and the casting snapped while trying to join the barrel to the stock? Just hand tightening using the supplied Allen Key. Wrote to their support team who said its not a manufacturing issue so basically I have a £100 piece of scrap metal and plastic that was never used. Not a great company to deal with!
In addition I put 2 reviews of the 2 guns that I bought on their site - surprise surpise they haven't published them.

I ordered my gun and a few other things and payed extra for the fast 2 day delivery. I got everything except the gun a week later and and the gun another 2 weeks later, broke soon after. Avoid and use patrol base instead.

Very helpful, friendly and accommodating staff. Great product, (aluminium case) great price. Very happy. I will be back.

Complete rubbish - half the stuff was missing and the pistol broke 2 hours after use, save your money and go elsewhere

I ordered an SR1911 with a bundle for £122. The described magazine capacity was 27 but soon after it arrived, I realised that it could only hold 15 rounds. The gun also had marks on it.

I got Incontact with them essentially telling them about the problems. I receive a reply explaining how it is in their terms and conditions that a product may arrive with marks on it but the email didn't address the mag capacity issue. So I email again, they ask for proof. I send the proof in the form of a video.

They reply by saying it was a "misprint" and thanks for telling us. The email didn't offer me any compensation or apology so I email them back asking for my 27 round mag or an additional 15 round mag, or a full return and refund, I also tell them that they're now displaying 17 which should be 15.

So after the email, I get a rude unprofessional representative calling me and he opens with "so you wana create a problem over 2 bbs". I don't know how he got the job but I would fire him in a heart beat, he speaks to customers like kids on the playground. Essentially I stayed on the phone with him for 5 minutes and that whole time, I didn't get a single apology and his solution was to offer me free bbs on my next purchase! He said no refund as the item had been unboxed and used. (The intresting thing here is that you won't have known it was the incorrect magazine capacity without unboxing and using).

So I took it up with PayPal. Asked for a full refund and return or a partial refund of £24. They regurgitated the same bs but this time were more respectful knowing PayPal was watching. PayPal gave me a £35 voucher but unfortunately didn't/couldn't make these crooks pay up. (Would've been alot better if that £35 came from them).

Even to this date (as of writing this email), they're displaying 17 rounds for the regular SR1911 (which is an improvement over the 27 that I purchased but its still off by 2). They're displaying 27 rounds for the SR1911 MEU but for that exact same pistol, they're selling the magazine stand-alone with a described capacity of 15.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered off them nearly 2 weeks ago (14/10/21) and I'm still waiting for my stuff now. Nearly £100 they've taken off me and have just given pathetic excuses as to why I've not got my stuff. I've had stuff delivered quicker off Wish than here. Best avoided.

*Edit (28/10/21)* They called to "talk" to me as I've put a case into PayPal about them. They wouldn't let me speak. Asked me why and then started talking over me, they've even had to cheek to say to PayPal that I'm disrespectful and rude because I put the phone down on them, I did that due to not being able to get a word in. Think they need to stop lying and focus on sending people their orders out.

*Edit (02/11/2021) Finally received my stuff after putting a case in with PayPal. Shocking how they have to be threatened for you to get your stuff.

Brilliant customer service, ordered a pistol and the box it came in was broken. Emailed the company got a very quick response. Sent over our video of the damage and within a few hours they sent out a new box. Absolutely brilliant. 5*

NEW HFC HG171 PISTOL OUT THE BOX, TRIED TO PUT GAS IN THE MAG AND IT LEAKS, WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY SAID TO GO TO YOU TUBE, WHEN I SENT A VIDEO OF THE MAG LEAKING THEY SAID THIS WASNT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY EVEN THOUGH THE GUN WAS NEW OUT THE BOX AND ITS FIRST FILL

Received items in a timely manner, and all seemed ok, though I had an issue with a £14-99 bipod, after back and forth emails, with them sending me videos of different items and how to apply them, still no joy, they asked me to video myself to show what I was doing.
I then rang them, as the item did not come with instructions, and straight away, the condescending person I spoke to, said they wouldn’t replace or refund due to how I was trying to use the item in the video….. that they asked me to do??
So decided to end the call due to their attitude, to then receive another email saying they wouldn’t replace or refund, no matter what.

AVOID this company, as if you need to follow up, their attitude and customer service is disgusting.

I have just received a phone call from the company, and basically called me ‘thick’ and that I have no common sense, and they don’t care about my opinion as they turn over 15 million a year!
Please people, do not give this company your money, they really don’t deserve it.

Ordered and shipped the same day, delivered the day after, excellent service thanks very much.

Avoid like the plague! Received £200 SR47-TAc yesterday and it feels and looks great. Unfortunately the box was ripped and open at the end but the plastic cover surrounding this was fine which suggested to me the box had been ripped and damaged before being wrapped and posted.
Also on inspecting the Rifle as this was a Christmas present for my son and wanted to check it was working the dust cover came off. I tried numerous attempts to reattach but struggled to do so.
After a number of emails and Just BB guns sending a YouTube video of an actual AK47 dust cover being refitted to demonstrate how it was done I received a phone call from them.
Too be honest I’m in still awe of the gentleman I spoke that you can fit that much condescending rudeness inside a human being.
No pleasant introductions straight on the defence that I was doing it wrong and he could do it in 2 seconds flat if it was in front of him. He then asked me if I had any experience of guns which I then informed him I’d done 4 years in the army. At that he said he’d spoke to a number of people who claimed to be in the army and that I should stop boasting about it. I did point out he had asked the question about gun experience beforehand.
Not happy with this he informed me they had to treat every customer as if they were lying on which I congratulated him on a wonderful customer ethos.
Anyway this conversation or rather him attempting to talk over me went on for 10 minutes or so with the gentleman informing me if I was to send it back I couldn’t expect them to pay for postage.
To cut a long story short they were rude, disinterested with little or no customer care as far as I can tell.
They did agree for me to eventually send it back and even emailed a postage slip so I didn’t have to pay.
Just to add the gentleman was right after doing my own research into actual air soft dust covers and the correct way to reattach them I did get it on. If he’d not acted like an aggressive teenager maybe we could of got to that point rather than boasting how great he is with airsoft dust covers.
Ultimately do yourself a favour this Christmas pick a different company to buy from.
Just to add I had brought from this company before so was a returning customer but not again.

I deleted my first review as a good will gesture as I thought they was sorting the problem...

bought 2 mags, 1 was brand new the other used.
I asked for an exchange on the used mag. Phoned the shop as was greeted by some rude guy on the phone who didn't really seem as if he wanted to help me. I explained my problem that it was some boneyard or used item.

I did as they asked and took pictures of the item and started my first review of the mess up and poor customer service. I was emailed shortly after and told if I want to take the long Route of starting a PayPal claim and review they would make me wait. (love how professional they are)

I was emailed back and told they can exchange it but the item would not be in its original packing (don't know what that's all about)

I have sent 3 emails to them following this to no response. Still not got my exchange or a refund and now having. to escalate it to payal.

Completely let down by them and a bunch of crooks. They will only respond once you write a bad review to cover them.

Horrible company. Waited months for a replacement for a faulty item and never came. Was upset by email communication from the company calling me a criminal and other slanderous remarks. I have email chain of the horrid customer service. Please don't deal with this company. I will send over the email chain to anyone that is considering dealing with this company to show just how upsetting it was!

Avoid this company "justbbguns". I paid for more expensive gun and they sent out a cheaper one. Asked for diffrence of money to be refunded and they tried to pie me off with some free bbs which was half the diffrence in money I'd paid extra! Bad attitude on phone and email!
