Ordered on Friday, received the day after. Can't ask anything more than this. However, when I asked the physical shop they replied they could only get what I needed in, maybe, 2 weeks. At this point perhaps they should consider closing the shop and only having the webshop, or not?

I ordered a bed 19 April, website said delivery within 10 working days. On 23rd April I received an email saying 10 working days from that day. On the 28th I received a message from the delivery company advising the delivery date as 2 May between 9-15. I waited all day at home and arranged for friends to be available to help assemble the bed. It never arrived. Transport company not contactable and Jysk simply said “it’s within the 10 days. It’ll be rescheduled.” Very unhelpful. The new date was rescheduled for today, 7 May between 9-15 and it’s now 16.20 and still nothing. The customer service operator was very unhelpful again today and simply said “someone from the delivery company will be in touch” and then disconnected the chat. No apologies, no attempting to solve the problem. Now almost 3 weeks of no bed. Go to IKEA. It’s not worth the hassle.
Update 12/05/2026
The delivery was rescheduled for 11/05/2026 between 15-20.00. Yet again it was not delivered. Yet again no-one called me to say “it’s not coming today”. I instead had to spend HOURS this morning trying to get in touch with Jysk/the delivery company only to get more “sorry for the inconvenience”, “delivery will be rearranged”. No-one will take responsibility for the error. No-one has offered compensation for the error. No-one has attempted to actually help solve the issue. Just a lot of passing me from one place to another. Jysk’s reply to my very real complaint is also incredibly weak. The whole experience has left me very unsatisfied and I would NEVER recommend shopping with them.

I ordered a wardrobe and a TV unit, including delivery and assembly in the shop in Arguineguin. I was told the order would take 3–4 weeks and that they would contact me afterwards to arrange an appointment.
In the end, I received an SMS after 5 weeks saying that the goods had arrived. Thats ok. Another 3 weeks passed, and nobody contacted me. I went to the store 3 times to complain, and each time they assured me that they would come within a few days. However, nobody ever called me or followed up.
In the end, I requested the cancellation of the order and a refund.
I believe this store has a serious problem with management and customer service. The staff seem unable to resolve issues, and the manager shows no interest in following up on complaints. It is a shame, because JYSK has good products and prices, but my recommendation is to only buy items that are in stock and avoid special-order items.
JYSK should take action. If this store continues to be managed like this and fails to respond properly to its customers, I fear its future may be short.

I have always found Jysk to be professional, helpful and quick to make right mistakes i.e the assembly tools were missing. I immediately received 10% as compensation and a new tool set was ordered, arrived by UPS within days. Thanks to Theis and Chano
