100% would give 0 stars if possible. This company TAKES YOUR MONEY, with no sympathy or true communication of how their system works. They did not specify a timeframe and now I had to pay OVER $1500 MORE than the requested amount. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY.

This company needs to be shut down soon…
This company needs to be shut down soon as possible. All they do is call call after I made a payment and they wanted me to give more I gave 150.00 dollars and that wasn’t enough. Last week I paid off another account that I had with they cause it had to be paid off before my 100 day was up ,that means it had to be paid off before September 27th or I had to pay 3500.00 dollars. I feel like they wanted to set me up . They crying about a payment that’s due with my new account when they see I owe 250 on my other account and that needed to paid ASAP!!!! I was not worried about my new account that new account gonna get paid when I’m done paying for my old account because I don’t have it like that to give y’all 35 more hundred. So y’all assholes can kick rocks so I sent them 150 today on a new account and they’re not even satisfied with that and talking about reporting me to the collection. I don’t care nothing about a collection collection gonna be here when I’m dead and gone that ain’t gonna stop my life as long as I’m here. I owe y’all 2000 on his new account and that has to be paid off before October 24 if it’s not paid off by October 24 then they wanna charge me 6000 so I’m gonna make sure it’s paid off by the 24th so y’all gonna wait Lisa gave y’all something today. Y’all act like that’s y’all paycheck going to your pocket when you get money from me. I would never deal with this company again. Only dealt with y’all twice this is it. I’m done I just keep dealing with Snap. Snap. Don’t even do you like this y’all act like y’all desperate

And the delivery guys are people who give their all. The furniture didn't fit through the door, so they decided to move it and replace the door. They are excellent workers.

The process was fast and everyone was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful.
Better Business bureau should shut this place down
This company is an absolute joke. I do not understand how it has a four-star rating. If you go to the better Business bureau they have a one-star rating. They have their employees going on here putting on reviews. They will take your money. They will charge you triple the amount and will not work with you at all. I advise staying away from this company at all cost.

They send constant payment reminders but give no notice about the 120-day early payoff deadline that saves you money. This feels predatory — trapping customers into paying far more than expected.
In my opinion, this is not transparent or customer-focused — it is designed to trap people into higher payments.

I never had an account with this company or will I ever have an account with this company. I have never requested information from this company nor will I ever ever do anything with his company. They call me every day 2 3 4 times a day. I would never work with the company that has zero responsibility for customer service. This company in my opinion is the world's worst. I'm 99% sure they are fraud. If they weren't they wouldn't keep calling me every every day this company should go out of business and bankrupt. I have filed nearly 16 complaints with the FTC. I hope they get sued into Oblivion
