This company is very #unrecommended# due to several #scams# and contracts. insufficient knowledge about the vendors.

Application was simple. Payments are affordable. Love my new sofa. Can't wait to get something else.

They financed a used mattress for me that I wasn’t told was used,, and they knew it

Wish they could change to monthly installments instead of every 2 weeks.some people income is once a month.

This place is horrible. You can never speak to someone on the phone, its always chats. My lease said to be paid by 12/19. God knows I wish I wouldve taken a screenshot. My portal mysteriously said 12/16. I am very meticulous about my dates and debts. They said they could extend the 90 day option by 1 day, which would be the 17th. I asked if there was anyway they could extend it to 12/18, since that is when I get paid. They said NO. If the 1600 wasnt paid by the 16th then I owe the remaining 6,000. ONE. FREAKING.. DAY. I pay faithfully and ontime. Never ever again. Joycelyn was the "supervisor". Ive contacted them before about something else and got another rep. They do NOT believe in helping their customers. No wonder it was so easy to get approved. I wish I could give 0 stars. Im warning you. DONT DO IT. The crazy part is, I rarely write reviews.

This place is horrible! Very miss leading about the lease agreement. Purchase merchandise in May, they stated taking payment way in August. Thought they took last payment along with fourth three dollars to pay off account, they didn’t. Merchandise was supposed to be $843.00 paid that. Still have a balance for $1300.00 when I only had left to pay 120.00 ! Trying to talk to customer service is impossible! I will not pay another dime! They are a rip off! Why would I pay another 1343.00 on top of 734.00 when my lease was just 834.00? Bad Bad Bad business!!!!!

Its difficult to speak to any representative if you have questions about your lease. Also hard to get what you need done online as well

It was wonderful to be able to purchase something and not be treated bad because of credit.

It is a rip off deal that suppozed to be paying 90 days same as cash and now paying three times the cost of what i bought because i did not call within three days to set up allready what i was supposed to get. Such a scam and wrong
