Kracher K4, I can't fault this pressure washer.

Its fairly small in size very easy to use. The only concern I had is, would it be robust enough being made mostly from plastic. 

In the past I have used pressure washers with metal nozzles and it's very easy to scratch your car paint work, where as plastic you are pretty safe.

This pressure washer met all my expectations and I'm very pleased with it. Its was described as refurbished with minor marks, the description was very true to detail.

Top Class, I am really pleased with my k4, it does everything perfect, the quality is superb - it does not look like a refurbished unit - looks absolutely brand new. Would certainly buy again.

I ordered my item one day and got it the next I've only used the karcher k4 the once and it worked no problems. And for a manufacture recondition unit it looked new I wish it had the manual with it but a look on YouTube I found everything I need. Over all I'm Very happy.

I was tempted by the Karcher Outlet's offer for the FC5 floor cleaner offer of £99. I wish I wasn't. It has just arrived looking very used and dirty, it looks like it has been used for 2 years at least. Every part has scratches on the plastic, dirt and dirty water marks. When I removed it from the packaging I noticed straight away that the main machine rattles so something must be broken inside too. I also ordered some floor cleaner which was simply missing from the box! I wish I'd listened to the other negative reviews as after postage and extending the warranty to 12 months this was £120 and now I have the hassle of returning it. Other reviews say about the lengthy returns process so I am glad I used PayPal to pay. The standard 6 month warranty shows the lack of confidence in these refurbished products which have already been used for some time and are simply not expected to last. I have now ordered a brand new machine with a full 3 year warranty for £199 delivered which I am sure will be much more cost effective over the 3 years and clean.

No complaints from me, fantastic service from start to finish, quick delivery, k5 was already built up, bonus. Over £100 cheaper than the shops, its a no brainer. Only gripe is the connection between the high pressure hose to the karcher k5 could be better, maybe the same click system that goes into the lance would be better, all in all, I'd recommend using the outlet store, no worries 👌

Product arrived as expected, working and in reasonable order. The issue was that I had intended to order the bundle, with accessories, but instead ordered an individual unit. When I contacted them to ask if I could buy the accessories at the bundle price, they said I would have to return the unit at my cost and re-purchase the bundle. Seems a very strange situation to have a perfectly good unit go backwards and forwards, creating unnecessary costs. Be careful when ordering as the post sales service is sub standard IMO.

Bought a 7m hose as I was getting annoyed with the short hose supplied with my K2. It came quickly and was very good quality. It also included a quick-attach adapter.

My only negative was the hugely wasteful packaging. Not necessary for a simple hose and it was so massive I had to take it to the tip.

Great Kärcher Outlet website with good value for money and competitive prices for all kinds of excellent Kärcher machines and accessories. Very helpful, professional, well informed customer services; easy ordering and quick delivery. Highly recommended.

This is the third time that I have used Karcher Outlet, I must say that the service is second to none. Items are always as described, and the service is quick

I have used this company on various occasions and I have never had a problem with them and the products I have had I.e. pressure washer, window vac etc have been first class and a very good price , I would recommend this company to anyone

My review is for a refurbished K2 bought Spring 2016. Used on average twice a month to clean car.

Positives:
*good price compared to new
*delivered promptly and well packed
*as new condition, No signs of use

Negatives:
*packed up start of 2019, coil on motor burned out , not economical to repair so it's off to the recycling skip.
*given useage, I'd have expected a longer life. I guess you get what you pay for...

I have tried to leave similar feedback on the Karcher Outlet website but, it's Not there. I rated it 3/5. Interestingly when you leave feedback, it says that it is normally published within a few days ...I think there is a message which mentions not publishing reviews which don't meet guidelines or something like that.

From what I can see, the reviews on the Karcher Outlet site are all
Positive..all anonymised...no negative comments. All 4 of 5 stars. Maybe I'm just unlucky.

I cant fault the service, but I can fault the machines, in this case its the K5 pressure washer. Having had Karcher refurb washers from the outlet, this has to be the worst, I have had K2 machines that I have worked to death that surprised me with their longevity, K4 machines that have excelled in power and being robust. My latest purchase is the K5 machine, I expected this to be as powerful as the K4 and according to the specs it should have been, well it isnt, in fact my old worn out K4 still outperforms it. Maybe its just a bad one, but I have given it plenty of time since purchase and its just not good enough so I think a return is on the cards.

I have just ordered a Karcher K5 Pressure Washer from Karcher Outlet. Before ordering I telephoned and received excellent advice regarding the most suitable machine. I was able to order on the phone, I could track delivery and it was delivered within a couple of days. Although refurbished the pressure washer is amazing condition and works perfectly. I have just one query and I am confident the staff there will be equally helpful when I contact them after the weekend.
I would recommend Karcher Outlet to anyone looking for a refurbished machine. The quality and service is great.

Would recommend comes as standard you have too but spray but only get machine would recommend
