The quality and fit of the clothing is amazing and of a high standard. I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently it was delivered to me and the customer service was lovely xx I ordered the flower print maxi skirt and bikini set and received so many compliments on this 3 piece set!🤍 Their designs are extremely unique and the brand offers excellent quality, a great fit and versatile designs! I would highly recommend this website for a summer holiday shop and would definitely purchase from there again!🫶🏼

Ordered in August 2024 for the 3rd time and again couldn’t be more impressed! Email updates are informative, shipping is fast and I even got a Kasela fan that came in perfect use! I purchased a swimsuit and coverup this time and it was so flattering and so easy to re use for multiple other occasions! Definitely won’t be my last order. Thank you Thank you xx

Horrific customer service. They don’t reply to emails, insta messages or any comms. I wouldn’t trust ordering from them again. Bad experience. Such a shame.

I ordered a knitted dress from them, which I returned because I didn’t like it and it had a pull in it. Once they received the dress back they emailed me to say that I wasn’t getting a refund and they were sending the dress back to me as it had a pull in it. I accepted this, as I didn’t put that it was faulty on the returns form so there was nothing I could do about it. But when I received it back I had a look at it and saw that the pull was directly underneath where the (very sharp!!) clothing tag was sitting. I emailed them back to say I wasn’t happy about it and that it has obviously pulled on the tag, and that there was no proof it was done by me and it could have been done in the bag. But despite the fact I have sent them 4 emails asking a for a response, they are completely ignoring me…. Obviously because they can see they are in the wrong and don’t want to give me a refund. They were quick enough to respond when they were telling me I had damaged their dress though!

Wish I could give this company 0 stars. My order arrived and after paying £45 for a swimsuit, I expected the piece to be good quality but it was completely see and I honestly could’ve got better quality off of shein. I didn’t even bother trying it on due to the awful quality. They emailed me to say they won’t be accepting the return as there was a mark on it which it definitely not from me as I put it straight back in the bag without even bothering to try it on. After sending multiple emails they have not replied or even acknowledged my response once. They’ve very clearly built their entire brand on scamming customers and must be very aware that their products are overpriced and horrendous quality, which is why they do not accept returns. Please do not waste a penny on this horrendous company.

I purchased a number of items to a total of £200+. In which they was complete rubbish. I therefore returned the items in which in has been months now and I'm still to get a refund. They will take your money and have no intention to give it back.

Would rate 0 star if I could. Bought one of the sheer knit dress. Came damaged so return it for this reason. On their website says the quality check every product which they clearly dont. They emailed me to say the won’t be accepting the return as the items damaged so will be sending it back. Messaged them on instagram as soon as I mentioned their online policy they ignored my emails and instagram messages. The dress took over a month to be sent back to me and still nothing from them. don’t waste your time on there website

Bought as I loved the colour. When wet the bottoms get very loose. Also not well made as all the seams fold over, the top isn’t a good fit either as it doesn’t have a good shape and actually looks like it pulls the middle of your boob in with the strap at the top.

Shame as the colour is spot on red and material is nice and soft on your skin.

This company will steal your money, just like they have several other people. I returned an item in line with their policy OVER A MONTH ago. I have messaged and emailed several times but they get read and ignored. I have photographic evidence that my return is with them yet they do nothing about it. Absolutely appalling. Will never recommend this company

after seeing this swimwear being advertised by well known influencers I thought I’d order from them.

I ordered 3 weeks before my holiday and even contacted their customer services who assured me that it would come in time, as it got closer to the date I had no updates so I contacted them again and they said it’ll get to me in time. It then never arrived. I contacted them again saying it hadn’t come in time and they responded to my message but completely ignored the fact that it didn’t come. A week after my holiday it arrived and now I can’t wear it this summer!

Absolutely awful company. Bought a swimming costume months ago, it arrived with a hole in it so I sent picture evidence and they confirmed they would exchange the item if I sent it back. I sent the item back the next day and it has been months since, no exchange and no refund. I contacted the company via Instagram, email and TikTok explaining my situation and how as a student I could not afford to just lose £50. They reassured me they were going to send it (when they replied to messages) but they have NEVER sent it. They also deleted any comments I made on public posts. Absolutely awful customer service, I wouldn’t recommend the company at all.

I ordered almost a month ago and still haven't received any updates on my order. Now that my holiday has passed, I'm trying to cancel, but I'm getting no response from them. It's clear they're understaffed and can't handle all the orders they’re taking on. They can still post on social media, but their customers are being ignored while they focus on generating more business. Avoid!

Really really awful company I ordered 3 months ago and exchanged for another size as it did not fit this has still not been sent out I have sent multiple messages and emails for them to say they will send this it has been months of them saying this and now they will just not answer my emails.
Basically robbed me and won’t give me my money back or send my item out!

Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered a swimming costume and a dress on May 5 and was told it could take up to 10 working days which I was completely fine with. It had passed this time frame and my order still hadn’t been shipped, so I had to email them several times and comment on their Instagram posts (which they deleted) and they hardly ever replied. When they did reply, they kept saying my order would be sent the next day and it just wasn’t. The swimming costume is great but the dress is absolutely awful quality. After seeing the other reviews on here, I decided not to bother returning the dress and just sold it on Vinted. I’ve followed this company for years on Instagram so I’m gutted about their customer service and their products! If anyone is considering purchasing from them, then I would recommended just buying it from Vinted as so many people sell their products on there
