I ordered the denim cut out swimsuit, I emailed to ask if it could be dispatched as soon as possible, the customer service was brilliant and my item was delivered the next day. The item itself is great quality and I had lots of compliments.

Takes over 3 months to deliver. Don’t answer dms or emails. Tax charge of €117 for 3 bikinis being shipped from uk to Ireland.

I ordered 2 swimsuits for Ibiza in June for the end of July. No where on the page did it state about the items being pre ordering only or the delivery times. It actually said on the website within 5 working days, then after ordering 10 working days and then 14 working days on my receipt. I contacted the help page in which they aim to get back to you in 48hrs I had no reply back. I then contacted an email - no reply. I paid £90 for these items and only when I contacted their help page on Instagram which was also hard to find I got a reply. At this point I had been to Ibiza. I got my order through this morning - the swimsuits are definitely not a size 8-10 more like a 6. A waste of money. If you’re ordering order well in advance of when you need them as I through I did that and it wasn’t long enough. I wouldn’t have minded but I got no communications back, my only options is to exchange as they do not accept refunds

AVOID THIS COMPANY I placed an order over 2 months ago and spent around £155 I still haven’t received it and I’ve had no response from the for weeks !!!

Terrible communication. Never responded to my emails for about a month. Ignored me after attempting pretty much every way possible to reach out. Wouldn’t shop here again. Girls your clothes won’t come for at least 6 weeks so don’t shop here if you want an outfit within the time frame they say on the website because it’s absolutely not true. Wouldn’t be annoyed if this was properly disclosed on your website and in your ordering or basket section but it’s not. It seems this company has no customer policy or care for their customers with the lack of acknowledgment alone. This needs work really unhappy with my treatment.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I placed a large order 2 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed Kasela 6 times to chase the order, and have received no response. I've also tried DMing them on Insta and filling their contact form on their website multiple times, I still haven't heard anything. Their business status on Companies House says that the company was dissolved in March 2023, yet they are still accepting orders and taking payments! I have requested a refund several times just for this to be ignored. The customer service is as non-existent as my order. If I could give no stars, I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered in may for a holiday at the end of July. Had to return swimsuit at my own cost as they had sent the wrong size. Didn’t arrive in time for the holiday.

Had to open a dispute on Klarna.

Absolutely awful customer service, do not do refunds so requested an exchange. The exchange hasn’t come and my return hasn’t been acknowledged. They ignore all emails and messages on instagram. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND!!

Poor Customer service. Ordered for a special holiday with plenty of time for the bikini to arrive well within advertised turnaround times.

However took nearly 5 weeks to arrive and was unable to wear bikini on holiday as a result. No apology provided or explanation as to why the order took so long.

First and last time ordering from here. I ordered their sunset collection when it got released which was in May. I haven't received any updates or anything. I'm the one who had to reach out. I was told they couldn't get the fabric in for the print I wanted. Which makes it worse!! Why wasn't there any communication about that beforehand? It's now almost at the end of July and still haven't heard anything. I've been sending Dm's on Instagram and emailing, but nothing.

Awful awful customer service. I ordered in June and I’m still waiting for the items. I have emailed them and messaged on Instagram several times asking for updates, I’ve had one response asking when I needed it by and they still haven’t sent it in time. I’m now massively out of pocket, still not received the items I ordered and have nothing for my holiday. Don’t take on orders you cannot fulfill!!!!! It’s a kick in the teeth for paying customers especially when influencers are walking around in I assume “free” products when paying customers aren’t even prioritised. DONT BUY!

Ordered a bikini and a swimming costume totalling £105 which is just laughable, the quality is nothing more than you could get off SHEIN and it takes triple the amount of time to come (7 weeks). Contacted about a refund considering it came long after the holiday I intended to wear them on, and had no response since. Avoid !!!!

I ordered the brown swimsuit and matching skirt, the quality is good and it’s so flattering! When I messaged customer service about my shipping they were really helpful and replied really quickly!!xxx

Paid over the odds for basic bikinis to not even be posted out after 6 weeks of waiting, emailed this store back and fourth for the past month and still not been sent no dispatch email, wanted this order for a holiday just so unfair that they can take your money and not give you your items! AVOID !!!!!

If your going away and are expecting within the estimated 12 working days think again, I ordered on 6th June, and went away on the 2nd of July, leaving 18 working days, with one order only taking 5, the other 10.
My order didn’t turn up, reached out to the company and after days of emails and Instagram messages they assured me it would be there for my holiday…. They didn’t even ship the order until I was abroad, £140 down the drain, please order ATLEAST 2 months before

Really disappointed with the customer service. It states to expect to wait 10 working days for your order, except mine took nearly 20 days (with no update from them) I had to chase the company to which took them 5 days to respond, to then be told I couldn’t even return my items because they were received too late. I am now chasing them with no response!! Really upset as this was meant to be for my hen do, and it never arrived in time and now I’m £72 down!!!

Order never arrived - over 6 weeks have passed and still no order (website states 10 days to ship). Order worth over £200, so out of pocket. No response via customer services or instagram. Wouldn't recommend.

I’ve ordered a few outfits over the past year and couldn’t be happier! The quality is amazing and they look so flattering on, I can honestly say I’ve never felt as confident as I do when I’m wearing their pieces!
