I am having trouble contacting the company to cancel the order. The form on their website doesn't work, just gives an error message. When I try to send them an email, there is just a circle on the screen going round and round, for 20 minutes now. Ridiculous.

i think they don't have to ask you to record a video when you ask for a return . 1st of all it's a hassle to do it and i guess it has no matter .

I wanted to return the product as it was defective and also not suitable for the purpose I bought it for. When I wrote to them requesting for a return, they insisted that I send them video of the product. It is such a hassle to record a video of a product and I found that an unreasonable requirement. They are not based in UK and their approach is very different from UK based businesses. Instead of trying to address customer dissatisfaction they wanted to push back the return request. After a lot of back n forth, the return window expired and thereafter they flatly refused to accept a return. Will never buy from them again.

UPDATE: They wouldn't let me return the item which arrived to me in used condition! I'm so glad I paid via PayPal because a case was opened and I won & got my money back!

After waiting such a long period of time for my item to arrive, it arrived damaged squashed and in used condition!
They have a 30-day refund policy in which it took almost 30 days for the item time to arrive!
I have sent an email but they probably won't refund it because it's gone over the 30-day term now!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS IT IS NOT IN THE UK & YOU WILL HAVE A NIGHTMARE TRYING TO RETURN YOUR ITEM JUST AS I DID!
Gave one star because there isn't an option to leave 0 stars!

I really like this store, you find anything you need and at a good price.

Bought a auto vacuum, advertised as vacuum, mop and home charging base. Came as a cheap piece of plastic no batteries and an attachable sweeping pad for for the underside. Avoid this website

Placed a order for a present for my son for Christmas had a email to say it had been refunded due to them having “issues” with the item. But the product is still up for sale just for £14 more then what I paid for it shocking service

Do not use unless you want a dodgy product that isn't what you ordered valued at a fraction of the cost of the item you wanted. To say the customer service is poor is an understatement. You wait weeks and weeks for it to arrive and they won't let you cancel the order or issue a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR IT WILL COST YOU DEARLY. The positive posts here are as fake as the katycraft itself.

Still waiting for a refund - since June ! They say they will then don’t … technical issues, excuses excuses - absolutely rubbish and dishonest - so not trust !

Don’t know where to start! Ordered a toy for my sons birthday (thought it was a UK shop - based in Belfast it said, turns out it’s Vietnam), took weeks to arrive and when it did, it wasn’t the toy we wanted and paid for, rather a cheaper/smaller version. We emailed the company but got the standard “30% refund if we keep it or 50% refund if we post it back at our expense to Vietnam!!!!!! Never mind the fact it was their mistake. Long winded emails back and forth (over 20 emails) with them lying one minute and confessing it’s their mistake and apologising the next. And lying again. And again etc etc!
Not once did they offer the obvious right solution which was to A) collected the wrong item with a prepaid courier package and refund the money, or B) offer to send the correct item we paid for (along with a prepaid courier bag to return the wrongly sent item). Simple yes? Not for them. They even tried to forge my order note after apologising for the their mistake in the previous email (before apologising for their mistake again once I called them out and provided evidence of the original order note!).
Thankfully I paid with PayPal, and interestingly it was only after I opened a dispute they started talking (but still no full refund - they offered up to 70% refund now though!). There a surprise. Still, PayPal were great and swiftly agreed with my claim and fully refunded me straight away after I provided al the evidence/order info/emails etc.
One of, if not the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had, and we buy virtually everything online! AVOID. Nothing more than scammers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I bought a home security camera off them and it is not working and shutting itself off so no good. I have asked for a refund and was told that because I have had it a month then they won’t refund my money!!!! I have emailed them quoting my consumer rights and I have had emails back saying there’s nothing they can do! This company is shocking!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Complete store, very attentive and professional service with a guarantee of returns, I have not had any problems so far, I recommend it for the whole family

Don't believe the 5 Star Reviews

I placed an order on 5 August, I needed the product for 20th August, so thought this was plenty of time.

I received an email advising they'd received my order, no problems.

On 10th August I checked to see the progress of the order and found the following message on the tracking site... "Order ****** was placed on 05/08/2022 and is currently Processing." I was a little worried and delved a little deeper - discovered the company was in Vietnam, and then started to worry that the product wouldn't get to me in time.

I emailed and asked to cancel the order, only to be told I couldn't as the product had been sent.
It is now 16th August and the same message is on the tracking site!
I am getting hold of the bank to reverse the payment as this is disgusting... they lied when they said the product had been sent.

I'd also like to suggest to Trustpilot that they check all the 5-star reviews on this site, as I don't believe a single one of them is genuine.

great site with great shipping and support service. I highly recommend also for the variety of products present and the speed with which they arrive! really satisfied!

I wouldn’t even give this website 1 star but I can’t write a review if I don’t. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WESITE it’s a scam. I ordered a robot hoover and when it came it looked cheap and fake. It was nothing like the description on the website. Had no charging dock, was grey instead of black amongst other differences. Please listen to this warning and do not buy from here
