1. They do not advise when purchasing how long the delivery will take, even though they charge £7+!! (Delivery is 6+ weeks wait with 5-6 days to actually dispatch the order)
2. They take days to respond to emails!
3. They ignore your requests, I requested my order to be cancelled (within the 5-6days dispatch time) as the product would have arrived after I needed it. I sent several emails for it to be cancelled and they ignored all of them and still shipped the goods!!!
4. Product ordered 29th July but I won’t receive it until the 16th September!!!
This company is a shambolic excuse for a business!

Absolute farce of a company. After-sakes service is almost non-existent after the product was unsatisfactory. Each time I received a response to my email (days apart each time) it was from a different person asking for the sane information. I think they hope you'll eventually just give up

If I could give 0 I would. Still waiting for my item, 3 weeks ago. Contacted them and said they were preparing my order but would take 5 days to prepare and then they would ship, I cancelled my order and all of a sudden, it was shipped which is utter rubbish. I will never use this website ever again. SCAM artists and I will be posting this on FB and every site I can think of

He has been playing with it all day and it is a great toy, my son is only 5 years old but he loves it, its got a great range of sounds and is very easy to use.

The companies customer service is despicable, unacceptable time frames just to process the order then 2 weeks time frame for delivery. Tried to cancel my order after a week and the order still hadn't been processed and then told that I can't cancel the order because it has been dispatched and told I have to pay for return postage due to their inability to process an order in a timely fashion.
The company is a joke and a fraud.
