I Bought Dog Bed & Dog Ball Launcher I See A lot Of Negative And I Don’t Know How My Products We’re Good Quality & Dog Loved Them

Poor customer service, I ordered wrong item asked for a refund and still waiting, I have contacted my bank to open a dispute.

Rip off company, sells faulty goods then offers only 50% refund.
Product does not work.

Do not believe the good reviews on here, about this company. They are clearly written by the same person, (same poorly written English), and is obviously someone that works for the company or even the owner creating fake named profiles in order to leave a fake good review.

I bought, at great expense two lots of lumbar support pillows in black and beige (for car and office chair)
Both orders arrived but one was completely the wrong colour to what i ordered.
I emailed them to advise, and they kept totally ignoring what my email actually said and instead (pretendibg not to understand it) and just kept providibg the same reply like a broken record - telling me my order has been dispatched and providing a tracking number. After several emails they eventually apologised and asked for photos or video as proof which i sent...and yep....you guessed it, they just kept then repeating the same email asking for photos despite me sending them. Clearly playing for time and no intention of resolving. After weeks and weeks I had to raise a case through Paypal to get a refund and once I did the responses suddenly got better!!! They still tried it on offering to just give me a 30% refund if i kept the incorrect product or returned it provided i paid the shipping cost to China!!! Absolute cheek. Had to go as far as escakating with Paypal and eventually the seller offered a partial refund. I accepted and Paypal cane down on my side - i just finally wanted to bring the issue to a close as was so sick if it, but the vile seller still got away with keeping a fiver!!!

Avoid at all costs!

AVOID! Scam company! Ordered a branded combination and double square (wood working tools). What turned up was a cheap plastic toy! Only a third of the order arrived and the bit of plastic that did turn up was damaged. Every email requesting a refund is replied with the same rubbish, asking what is wrong and send proof…which I have already done several times.
Their positive reviews on here seem very dodgy too!

I purchased an electric floor mop from this company less than a month ago and only used it twice; and now one of the spinning heads isn't working. I emailed Katycraft to request a return and the response was "sorry, this product has been used by you and you cannot return it." Do not purchase anything from this company.
