Purchased the MonoDefense products however the Passwarden, Keepsolid SmartDNS, DNS Firewall and Authenticator all products last update is on 2023 on Google Play Store. Contacted the support team they mentioned there is no ETA for new version released. In fact they only focus on VPN.

I have been using VPN unlimited- Keepsolid on 5 devices for about 20 years and they are the best. The support team is 1st class.

I purchased a lifetime subscription a while ago and haven't regretted it since. The service works well, and if there are any concerns, the support from KeepSolid is excellent. I would recommend the service to anyone.

It works well. I bought a lifetime subscription to VPNU years ago and have never regretted it.

I used VPN Unlimited for years and very happy with it. Especially the support is quick and thorough. Definitely worth the price.

I've used VPN Unlimited since 2018. I am very pleased with the VPN and the service they provide to keep things running properly.

I was having a problem changing where it said it was the best connection. It said Quebec, a province I can't stand. I'm in Ontario, and a lot of my online activity needs me to be in Ontario online, NOT Quebec. After numerous conversations with Vlad, we finally got it straightened out. Thank you!

I’ve been using KeepSolid VPN for some time now. I travel and switch locations a lot, and it usually works without issues in different countries. Sometimes small things, but nothing serious. Tech support is good, they answer and help quick. Good product for daily use.

I bought an abo lifetime for 5 devices having to log in on all of them or sometimes even just on 4 - this when I need VPN most. this way it's an useless app !
to contact them is a challenge and even if you get there, you never get any REAL help

Poor speeds, most of the free ones are faster. No comparison to the top 5 VPN providers.

been with them quite sometime now 5devices added i was offered a mono defense went and orders it its not showing up as extra 5 devices on top would like hand with my account has tie backs on my email i buy it due to uk online censorship that came into the effect on 25th this month in uk. would like you guys to help me out i did get KeepSolid MonoDefense bundle it should updated my slots up to ten devices with long side bundles too this review will have tie back to my main email account more welcome help me out from there i would highly recommend them.

The VPN service that this company sells does not work. I paid $59.99 for a one year subscription. When I asked for a refund I was told that the company bills monthly and that I can turn off auto renewal.

But this is untrue KeepSolid took a one time payment of $59.99. When I alerted KeepSolid that the VPN was not working, I received the following response:

"We have just checked your account and as we can see your payment doesn't meet our refund policy conditions, unfortunately, this means that our Accounting Department won't be able to process a refund for it."

And now everything of mine kept getting hacked and money and stuff stolen.. I regret buying this.. over hundreds $$$ were stolen.

Please avoid this company..

I purchased KeepSolid Sign under the Lifetime deal, which was advertised as a secure and reliable solution for electronic signatures. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. KeepSolid initially presented itself as a promising service with robust features for document signing, offering a Lifetime deal that seemed like a good investment.

However, after some time, KeepSolid abruptly discontinued the service without warning. The decision to shut down the service contradicts the Lifetime deal promise, which assured long-term accessibility and use of the platform.

This experience has not only caused inconvenience but also raised concerns about the reliability and trustworthiness of KeepSolid as a company. Such actions undermine customer trust and raise questions about the integrity of Lifetime deals or other deals offered by the company in the future.

Paid for a service that doesn't work. You can't use this VPN for streaming. It says it has "locations" for streaming services like Netflix and Prime but the players detect the VPN and block the videos. Depending on your bank, you may also get blocked trying to use this VPN while travelling. It's a scam product. I've left previous reviews like this and the developer responded telling me to contact customer support. When I contacted customer support they told me there's nothing they can do.

these extremely poor application for all keepSolid products, I'm so regretted to purchase lifetime subscription products, all worthless, VPN IP spam and establish connection very slowly. DNS Wirewall doesn't work, about Password warden NO update hard to use, sometime can't log and frequently error log in server. All experience with this company really idiot=

I bought a month of Keepsolid's Smart DNS using Paypal, to use whilst abroad. The service did not work - at all.

A month later when back home a payment was taken that I didn't authorise. I asked them to refund me on the same day as the payment and they refused, quoting various elements of the Ts & Cs. I did not knowingly sign up for a recurring subscription. Was only a few quid, but they've now lost a customer forever.

Edit: scanning other reviews here and elsewhere, I can see I'm not the only person who this has happened to. I recommend avoiding this company, or at the very least, be very careful that they don't set up a recurring payment without your knowledge.

We are in discussions with KeepSolid (and a few competitors) to design & develop a CRM & CMS backbone with both a mobile (Multi-Platform App) & web front end. We are impressed by the quality of KeepSolid's proposal and especially their questions & comments during the preparation.

Our budget is constrained but during the online meetings we've had over the last month we have become convinced that KeepSolid would be able to design & develop a quality system.

I purchased a "Lifetime" subscription to VPN Unlimited2 or 3 years ago. Lately I've received numerous emails telling me my subscrition has expired. I have replied many times asking them to explain how a lifetime subscrition can expire. Certainly not during my lifetime as I have yet to expire. Right now I can't use VPN Unlimited and I'm not the least bit happy. I am seriously considering taking legal action against the company. Once this is resolved I'll never do business with Keep Solid again.

I would like to give give zero but it is not possible.
I paid for a lifetime subscription and it hasn't worked for months, they don't respond to emails.
To be avoided like the plague.
