IP addresses are abused ... many websites have blocked the ip addresses used by KeepSolid. Sometimes their VPN service drops out leaving you unexpectedly exposed to those you want to mask your identity from. Updates are a joke ... more often than not, the update malfunctions and you need to delete the recently installed drivers and software and reinstall it fresh from their website. Customer service response is to placate you ... they won't/don't address the issues. They just keep offering the same crappy platform ... I recommend trying another VPN ... after 3 years I'm not renewing my subscription ... the service was okay for the price, but now that they've raised the price, and with all the issues, its not worth what they are asking for the service. Bottom line, they do not maintain their ip addresses; others buy new ip addresses once they are burnt by folks using them for nefarious purposes, but not KeepSolid ... they are anything but "solid."

Trick you into subscribing, Make it impossible to unsubscribe!

Strongly recommend not doing any business with this company.

I have been using the KeepSolid VPN for a couple of years. The team are there 24/7 to help and always sort out problems, and answer all my questions - even the simple ones.
I have read reviews on many sites saying their VPN does not work and they can't watch USA TV networks with it. Most networks block VPN access, so people then blame KeepSoild.
People need to invest in a KeepSolid SmartDNS to access USA steaming content.

Two days ago I purchased VPN Personal Server in India, Karnataka region. Immediately I tested its speed. It was just giving me 1/10th of the speed of the regular shared VPN server for that region. Customer Service then assigned me another server. The second time also I got the same speed - 1/10th of the regular server. Then I was told that I was assigned another server that was physically located elsewhere in India and the tech team told me that it had high speeds. I again tested the speed. This time it gave me 1/100th of the speed. Immediately I reported it to the customer service and asked for a refund. The cost was USD 500.00. I was eventually given the refund.

The customer service also acknowledged that they had poor experience with Indian server hosters.

So request all potential customers to wait for sometime before you buy Indian Personal Server.

The name speaks for itself, very decent VPN client and service. I got a deal for 40 $ lifetime subscription, can't beat the price. VNP also performs very well, easily reaching my original speeds, which is 250Mb down and about 15Mb Up. Blocks Facebook tracking, which is big plus.
