Excellent service and super efficient staff

Big decision to change from our very long standing Surrey optician as the 200 mile round trip was becoming ridiculous. I’m so glad I did. Good thorough examination and excellent advice in selecting new frames and lenses. We are used to a high standard of eye care and Kelly’s Eyecare have not disappointed. Thank you one and all.

Everyone at Kelly’s are supportive and caring friendly team ensuring you get the best service possible. Nothing seems to phase them even if you are looking for specific glasses for particular reasons - they always have the answers and at reasonable prices.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyes! Over 10+ years I have found the practice to be thorough and hugely professional in all that they do. Staff balance a friendly outlook with medical rigour. There’s ranges of frames, lenses and optical coatings to meet all needs and budgets.

April, the manager as always is jexcellent. She has sourced a variety of frames for me, knowing my preferences. She is the most technically gifted dispenser I have come across. Her measurements and ability to adjust varifocals to ensure comfortable and optimum vision is superb.

Excellent service! I visited Kelly Eyecare in Ringwood as I was struggling with my varifocals when using the computer. The staff were understanding, extremely attentive and very knowledgeable. It was recommended that I get 2 pairs of glasses - one pair of varifocals and one pair for computer use. I am extremely happy with them as they have made such a difference to my working day. I also love the frames!
I have paid more than I usually would for my glasses - but the quality of the lenses is far superior to my old glasses and my eyes no longer strain. I highly recommend Kelly Eyecare.

Such a happy and helpful experience at Kelly Eyecare Brockenhurst. I was struggling to find new frames following my most recent prescription change and a friend suggested I had a look at Kelly Eyecare.
They have a fabulous selection of frames for all budgets. All of the staff, without exception, were very helpful in helping me choose. I felt confident that they were able to tell me the truth about every pair I tried and were also able to guide me towards the shapes and colours that most suited me…..
It is too easy to pick frames that you like rather than what actually suit you.
I will definitely go to Kelly Eyecare Brockenhurst again.

Very happy with Kelly Eyecare. My eye test was carried out very carefully and pleasantly, everything explained to me. The other staff were excellent too, very professional and also friendly. Very pleased to be have them as my optician. They also have a fab range of frames to choose from.

Michelle explained each part of the eye test and showed me the results and answered my questions regarding migraines and possible lens options. As always the customer service from all the staff was first class.
