Such a happy and helpful experience at Kelly Eyecare Brockenhurst. I was struggling to find new frames following my most recent prescription change and a friend suggested I had a look at Kelly Eyecare.
They have a fabulous selection of frames for all budgets. All of the staff, without exception, were very helpful in helping me choose. I felt confident that they were able to tell me the truth about every pair I tried and were also able to guide me towards the shapes and colours that most suited me…..
It is too easy to pick frames that you like rather than what actually suit you.
I will definitely go to Kelly Eyecare Brockenhurst again.

Very happy with Kelly Eyecare. My eye test was carried out very carefully and pleasantly, everything explained to me. The other staff were excellent too, very professional and also friendly. Very pleased to be have them as my optician. They also have a fab range of frames to choose from.

Michelle explained each part of the eye test and showed me the results and answered my questions regarding migraines and possible lens options. As always the customer service from all the staff was first class.

So pleased that I have finally found an optician that understands that not every style of glasses suit my face! A great choice of frames, brilliant service…I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!

I recently attended an opticians appointment at the Ringwood branch and did so with some apprehension due to previous interactions with the Branch Manager, Debbie. My past experiences at this location have suggested that customer care is not prioritised, and that there is a strong emphasis on promoting high‑cost products, often at the expense of a more personalised and considered service.

During my most recent visit, this concern was unfortunately reinforced. The Optician had explained to me that a cataract was beginning to form, but that it was in its early stages and did not require any medical intervention at this time. However, when this information was passed to the Branch Manager, Debbie, she appeared to exaggerate the significance of the diagnosis and proceeded to recommend multiple pairs of glasses at considerable cost. I was advised to purchase driving lenses priced at £380 and combined reading and VDU lenses at £260, excluding the cost of frames. Had I proceeded, the total cost would have approached £1,000.

After reflecting on the experience and reviewing my prescription independently, I returned to the Ringwood branch several weeks later. On this occasion, I was assisted by April, who is ordinarily based at the Brockenhurst branch but was working in Ringwood that day. Her approach was a welcome and notable contrast. She conducted the appointment with professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine focus on my individual needs. At no point did I feel pressured into unnecessary upgrades or purchases. Instead, the consultation was guided by clarity, expertise, and an evident commitment to providing appropriate and ethical care.

April’s manner transformed the experience into one that felt personal, reassuring, and truly customer‑centred. Her conduct not only exceeded my expectations but also restored my confidence in what an opticians appointment should be.

I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking a high standard of care delivered with integrity and respect.

I have now moved my future appointments away from that Ringwood Branch. Thank you very much April.

Debbie and her team are totally trustworthy.
I didn't have much of a clue what glasses to get and relied on Debbie making the choice for me brilliant glasses and thank you to the staff at ringwood.

As a family we have been with the Brockenhurst branch of KEC since 2004, children now not local but as oldies we have remained.
The service has always been of the highest professional
Standard, my eyes being not that straight forward. They have overseen a macular hole operation (private) along with dealing with the side affects of sjogren’s syndrome and ocular hypertension (NHS). A recent vision issue was dealt with speedily and with reassurance. I could not recommend them as a company more highly for their consistent expertise.

I can not rate Kelly's eye care highly enough ,from the receptionist booking my appointment to the very capable lady conducting my eye test ,they were so friendly, helpful, and supportive

Even though surrounded by Optician options in London, I always go to Kelly Eye Care on the South Coast in Brockenhurst. The entire team are incredibly friendly, professional and a pleasure to visit. Michele Koss' care, knowledge and attention to detail with regards to general eye tests, eye health, Field Vision tests and OCT scans is outstanding. Sophie & April, the dispensing opticians, also provide the best possible customer support. Thank you Kelly Eye Care.

I have been using Kelly Eyecare for many years. The service is always professional and comprehensive. Although I nearly always buy new frames there is never a push to do so. I like to buy there as the selection is very good and the advice always helpful. Highly recommendable optician.

22/01/26 today I had my eyes tested at Kelly’s eye care Brockenhurst this was my second visit and was very impressed with the whole process, from a happy hello on entry to the test itself everyone was very kind and professional, they are currently working on a much needed upgrade to my current glasses and I very much look forward to going back to collect them, I would highly recommend Kelly’s eye care to anyone who is looking for a first class opticians at very reasonable prices.

Refreshingly impressed, a highly efficient team in Brockenhurst. 13 years have passed since laser eye surgery, my first visit to an optician since then. Michelle explained everything thoroughly & Sophie followed up with equally professional advice on my frames. I left choices in Sophie’s hands & together, we found the perfect solutions for both Occupational glasses & Varifocal sunglasses. Thank you, ladies. Highly recommended.
