Efficient and helpful. Didn’t make me repeat what was already known and also alerted me to discount for being previous customer.

Aron was friendly and helpful over the phone. I had been in contact with previous insurance providers prior to KennCo, however both Aron and Conor who I spoke to from KennCo were the most friendly and informative.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. When I complained they denied that they had been so rude . No customer service skills snd please don’t use them if you have any medical needs they are abusive snd seemingly supported by “ supervisor's “ who deny and collude and advance this !! Avoid at all costs
