Didn’t get a shipping number until we complained and tried to with draw our payment. No approved design. We did then receive a shipping notice after going through PayPal. We then received our poor quality garment very small (ordered a medium got a very small) that looked unfinished with badly finished embroidered,Not at all what I was expecting.

I have made a order for over £40 for a sweatshirt with a stitched on portait of a dog. I was 'guaranteed' good quality of product, they even sent me an example of what it will look like. I can't even describe how angry I am. This was a birthday gift, I can no longer gift it as it's embarrassing and looks nothing like the dog!! They have even stitched on colors that the dog doesn't have !!! It looks like it was stitched by a child. They are now refusing to refund me or take the product. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I am 100% sure they have stolen pictures of other websites!! AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!

I wouldn't give one star. The product turn a round was awful. They state that the product will be made in five days and this is not the case. I ordered on Feb 29th and my product arrived 22nd March! Do not use this company, waste of time and money!

The worst company to deal with
The worst company to deal with. Initially sent me a sign that half the letters had fallen off..contacted them. They agreed to send a replacement. The replacement they sent was the wrong colour, so I contacted them again. They have emailed me back saying, that it is the right colour and that it is my mistake…so now I have two wrong or faulty signs that I can’t use.

Will never use this company again. The product arrived and is such poor quality to what they advertised. I pointed this out in the email and they said “no problem with product, no refund”. I cannot give this as a gift to someone. So now I’m $72 out of pocket. Awful customer service. Wish I had of read all these poor reviews before placing an order.

AVOID. The quality of the personalised photo frame I received is terrible - a piece of pathetic wood, the colouring/paint is chipped and it is a lot smaller than expected. The delivery took absolutely ages so now can't be used for the gift I wanted. I paid £36.65 for crap basically. Have requested a partial refund but doubt I will hear back after seeing these reviews. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Description said this would take 3-5 days to hand craft and 5-15 days to ship to Australia. Item took over 3 months to arrive. Item description does not detail that bar sign is made from engraved perspex.
