I received a package all broken

I received a package all broken. The packaging was completely useless. It wasn’t wrapped with any care. No fragile stickers. A flimsy box and hardly any bubble wrap. I have been sending email after email to the email my order but haven’t had any response at all. I’m looking for a refund. Sorry not very
happy. Shona Wee. I can’t access my order number as it will throw me out of this

They are very bad

They are very bad, I order from them on 29/01/24 and I pay extra money for shipping early in 5 days, and I lm still waiting since when I ordered it and when I txt them no response and no reply,

Review of neon bar sign

The product itself was fabulous! It was a gift for a friend, who was delighted with it. Thank you. It would have had a five star rating but for the fact that it took a long while to arrive.
I would order again from Kespire but I would order well in advance.

This place is awful and the customer…

This place is awful and the customer service is even worse ,I ordered a Christmas gift long before Christmas time knowing it would probably take some time ,also paid for the quickest shipping, but the shipping took almost a month so do not pay for quick shipping cause you'll get robbed ,when I received my item it was packaged horribly, there was little pieces that came with it to I assume hang it up,but those were missing because the whole bottom of the package was opened, and the item I paid and customized myself came destroyed, I contacted customer service instantly and the 1st time they asked me to pay shipping so they can send me another one,I did not want one I wanted a refund, they ended up sending me one anyways even though I refused the shipping cost ,the second person said ,to return it, you need to send it pack in its original packaging with a return label ,the 3rd person I contacted me said we do not accept returns and we have nothing to refund cause we sent you a new one ,mind you this one was packaged the exact same way,so needless to say I'm out 100$ ,this place is a scam ,I suggest you safe your money and take it to etsy ,they are more professional and do better work anyways please so not buy from here

I never got my package

I never got my package. I ordered this back in December. I’m very unhappy and disappointed. This was a gift for someone special for Christmas and I never received it. I tried contacting multiple times. Still didn’t get the help I needed.after putting my information in. I got an order number. Then it shipped then got an email that my address wasn’t found. Everytime I click the link it told me I had to reput my credit card information in and all my information. I really think this is a scam. How to take people money then run with it and they have received crap. Please send me customer service number so I can gladly give them a call

update if this changes but tracking says it was received 2 weeks ago but it hasn’t been 😞

I note the reply and hope for a response to my emails to Keyspite. Evri are unable to provide any photos or proof if delivery (becomes it hasn’t been delivered) and I am £70 out of pocket and have have 2 disappointed girls who have been awaiting their necklaces with a photo of their dog for several weeks.

Noting all the bad reviews, I would like to add that I purchased a necklace and keyring 4 years ago with no issue and they are still perfect!

Poor communication from seller…

Poor communication from seller throughout. Paid £25 for express shipping to the UK in time for Christmas (mid-early December) as it was a present but came middle of January with no apology or consideration from seller. The quality of the stitching of my pet is simply awful and the sizing runs up extremely small. I wish I hadn’t purchased through this seller, as I’ve ordered different personalised items on Etsy and usually they don’t disappoint. However; this particular seller I’d avoid like the plague.

Black dog came back brown and white

Sent in a picture of my black and grey dog and received an embroidered picture of a brown and white dog back. After emailing to complain, they offered to redo it but i had to pay for the shipping again which would be £10 and no guarantee that it would come back any different to the first time as they pointed out in the first email stating they worked to the picture (clearly). Did offer a bit of a refund but seemed to blame me for them losing money even though they failed to do a good job in the first place. I wouldn't risk using them.

The embroidery was laughable. The delivery was 3 weeks later than agreed and the communication was beyond unhelpful. I’m now £40 for a jumper that’s gone in the bin

Your customer service is non existent

Your customer service is non existent. I repeatedly had to ask the same question about when my order would be despatched only to never get an answer, be met with sarcastic replies and to be told to be patient even though my order was not despatched until a month after ordering when their website indicated it was only a 2 week processing time. My product also arrived not embodied as advertised but just an image.
