I purchased five speaker lights as…

I purchased five speaker lights as Christmas presents, at $50 a piece, the day after Thanksgiving. They came in December 24th — down to the wire. The pictures are dark and very poor quality, the speaker volume is very low and the advertisement simply does NOT match the final product. Very disappointed and embarrassed to have to gift.

The item I received was nothing like…

The item I received was nothing like the image shown. The image shows or appears to be in the inside of the globe. What I received was a 1” sticker on the outside of the globe. Very disappointed. I was so disappointed that I threw it out as soon as I received it.

I thought they would've been a better…

I thought they would've been a better quality
I know things are expensive but these items should have been about 50% cheaper, after opening the package I was immediately disappointed

Item is flimsy

Item is flimsy, “charger” doesn’t charge the item~instructions not included so I didn’t know until day two of trying to charge that the item must be plugged in for lights to work.

Light up Xmas tree with photos

I ordered a light up tree with photos. After reading reviews I then tried to cancel order (within and hour of ordering) Despite being within cancellation timescale I was told I would only get 70% refund but offered a bracelet if I continued with order which I did. It arrived today after almost 3 weeks and I'm pleasantly surprised. It is lovely for the price. Photos clear and a very pretty item. (The bracelet never arrived) I'm glad I continued with order asmuch better than reviews say.

Yikes

Yikes! Soooo disappointing 😧!!
The product is NOTHING like it pictured! The actual is not inside the globe yet outside stuck on like a cricket and half the actual Size! Then the plate that is supposedly to read the message is just printed in the same material as the picture ON the globe! Also, there are 2 strands of light - only 1 of ours is working! Total disappointment… cheap looking! I’ll be reporting the misrepresentation

Pet Memorial Necklace

Was looking for a necklace that would represent my darling fur babies. Was excited when I saw one could copy a favourite photo to be embossed onto a necklace. On receiving it was thrilled to see my babies were exactly on the silver plate as had been on the photo. Only disappointment was that the chain was not silver too.

Avoid just avoid

I submitted an order and over 3 weeks later received a package with a not even closely related item that would be worth less than a dollar not the 75 I paid. I contacted customer service to get my money back. They start by making it seem like it's my fault that I got the wrong item, saying they lost money because of the item being incorrect and refusing to give my money back and trying to coax me into things. They are super rude and a scam avoid buying from here at all costs

My necklace is absolutely beautiful…

My necklace is absolutely beautiful perfect copy of my dogs image would have liked the inscription to be a little larger. I was disappointed with customer service as I had sent 3 emails and no response I was enquiring when to expect delivery however I'm delighted with the product thank you

Avoid this "company" at all costs

Avoid this "company" at all costs. Ordered a solar memorial light after losing my husband, to place in garden to honour his life. The quality of it is appalling, won't even sit in the slot. I've contacted them re refund, was told they will only refund 20% minus shipping /material costs. Scum of the highest order. I too should have read the reviews.

I am very disappointed with my purchase…

I am very disappointed with my purchase because for the amount of money I spent on it the lamp isn't worth it. Quality of the product is terrible. It's so poorly crafted that glue can be seen everywhere. It doesn't look anything like the pictures online. 4 pics that are attached together to a middle piece lsn't straight. It's fitted with 3 tiny batteries that only last a day max.

This is my second review

After me receiving my broken packages i email support and tell them they had no concern or empathy for the broken item I received.they offered to resend me a new package i told them I didn’t want a new one i just want my refund then they told me if i want a refund i will only receive 30 percent of what i paid for(after they shipped my product broken) so i tell them in frustration don’t worry bout the refund because 30 percent just isn’t worth it and just resend my package and as i ask them how long will it be before I receive my package they tell me i need to be patient and mind you after a month of me already having to wait just to receive this broken package that I received ..if I could give 0 stars i would
