It’s with great regret I have to write this review but feel I need to I purchased my first keter shed 17 years ago and it’s still going strong even with the bad weather since then I have purchased many keter items from furniture to storage boxes with no problems so couldn’t wait to purchase a Oakland shed which was a big upgrade to my old one put new base down and built it must admit it look good 18 months in the corners started to show signs of cracking then split apart completely contacted keter after a few pictures of base and shed itself they replaced the corner piece well done a pain to replace but got it done now it is 3 years old the other 3 have gone and out of warranty I have done a bit of searching and many people have had the same issue mostly after 3 years please be aware of this issue when purchasing the Oakland range do your research before purchase and at the cost £1500 not cheap would definitely not recommend and will never purchase another keter product again which is sad at a total loss what to do with it except pull it down very disappointed keter from a loyal customer.

Poor product quality. First item had several damages. Replacements sent that were also damaged. Keter do not quality control their stock and very poor workmanship for prices being charged. Customer care post sale, slow and very bog standard responses. No personalisation whatsoever. Will never buy from this over-priced retailer again.

This was our 4 order from Keter. Ordered and delivered within 2/3 days. Well informed around delivery date and times. Quality of goods always impressive and very easy to put build. Very happy customer, would definitely recommend.

Delivery and product is very good. Instructions to put together are dreadful. Yes I managed to do it - but not every piece was clearly labelled, One screw hole was too small and had to go and find one that fitted and zero written instructions where sometimes the cheap and cheerful drawings were not obvious - come on you can do better than that - you let yourselves down

Pleased with the quality of my new Keter shed and not too bad to erect given that some of the instructions were confusing and slightly wrong in parts but overall a good experience. I would question the colour listing of brown as it is clearly beige and grey.

Delivery drivers were trying to deliver to house number 16 not 18. Asked husband for tape as the cardboard box was ripped and they were worried items would fall out and be damaged. Shed will be constructed on Friday 10th April when we will see if items are lost or damaged.

I had a problem with a garden bench storage unit. A clip snapped when I was putting it together. I contacted Keter support by email and they said they would send a replacement part or I could return it to B&Q and get it exchanged. I decided to await the replacement part being sent. After a few weeks I received an email to say the part was no longer available as that product had been discontinued. They refunded the full amount and I got to keep the product which although the clip is broken it is still quite functional. Exceptional service.

I found Keter after service very satisfactory, a quick conclusion to my problem. I needed a replacement door that got damaged on my bin store. I was out of warranty and expected an invoice, but as a jester of good will Keter offered to replace both doors F.O.C. all concluded in around 14 days, that included the Easter break.
