Really great product. Well made and instructions are clear. You even get spare screws and bolts. I have ordered a Keter Shed to make the set.

We ordered the new 1150l Darwin double bin storage (brown)
The delivery was very quick and the product is of Keter high quality , the instructions were clear
The only thing I would say is that it took a little longer to make up than expected and you definitely need a drill as lots of screws, appears more screws than our previous bin store which was more push fit.

Excellent quality product. Good free delivery. Would have been 5 stars but thought price a bit on the high side.

The plastic shed is great apart from the very flimsy flooring it boasts about. Not great. I ended up spending a lot more buying plywood to lay on top.

Amazing customer service! I had bought a midi storage box last month and it was sadly damaged during the recent storm Dave. It had completely cracked the door and it wouldn't shut properly, I was so devastated because we had saved up for this storage box. I stood and cried in the garden the next morning. I emailed them on a whim, to see if I could at least just buy a door as a spare part rather than a whole new box. And they have very kindly have sent out a replacement door. This completely made my day and I am so grateful! 10/10 customer service.

Edit 19/4/2026 - Sadly have not received spare part, having to email to chase up a goodwill gesture feels pretty crappy and shameful on my part (but really in need of it) had a couple emails saying I'll receive a dispatch email but haven't heard anything since. I feel a bit gullible tbh, anyway the guy i originally spoke too was still lovely so that part of my review still stands.

The delivery was piecemeal with 3 parcels coming first and the last one 4 days later which was a shame. However the shed I bought through Costco to which these other purchases were for was first class with full delivery when they said it would be and the installation was first class

I bought a store it out max 1200L from an approved retailer. It was quite cheap and sold as damaged. I did not initially see all the damage until I got it home. I contacted Keter customer services in the hope they could let me purchase the damaged pieces. Whilst they did not have to they have been able to assist partly. I cannot complain but only thank them for their service and one part they can provide.
My only reflection point to them would be to provide a paid for spare service to those whose warranty may no longer be valid. To also be seen as a way of maintaining the longevity and use of their products.
I already have a store it out and had for many years and it is still going strong and therefore aware of the use, value and service of such item.

Have yet to complete building but all good so far and comprehensive instruction manual helps.

Parcel arrived earlier than expected, well packaged, instructions to build very easy, excellent product.

Purchase was easy to make and delivery time was excellent. Only negative point was that the delivery company couldn't confirm which day in the stated 4 day window it would be delivered.

Great customer support - asked for help with a spare part for a storage box purchased years ago and very quickly provided at no charge.

This is a great storage unit. Easy to assembly. As is always the case with self assembly items, diagrams only provided where the addition of text instructions would be beneficial. But this is a useful storage unit for garden furniture and light garden equipment
