Overall easy to use and the ring came out great. The only critique I have is the weeks in between placing the order and receiving the delivery was very quiet. This is nitpicking but 3-4 weeks without an update makes you a little nervous.

The whole process felt smooth and easy, and they were great to work with. What impressed me most was how fast everything moved. They actually finished and shipped the rings earlier than they anticipated, which was a nice surprise.
