Product came quickly. Easy to buy.

Second time ordering from here as trying to take matters into my own hands with car repairs these days. Always speedy delivery at reasonable prices and an easy to use website. A no brainier.

Quick response and good quality parts….parts comparatively cheap, for genuine Kia parts-delivery comparatively expensive. Box a bit bashed on arrival and showed signs of extra tape, but fortunately roof bars undamaged.

Delivered on time and quickly by DHL. Only problem I now have is that I can't book my car into the garage for at least a week and I'm not a mechanic so won't know whether the part you've sent me is correct or not until then. I know you like confirmation of the part within a couple of days - where would I stand with this?

Can’t say this was an experience, ordered a part online, no human contact, part arrived and was the correct part, so l can say l was pleased. Part fitted, job done. Thanks to fish brothers for listing such a very small item for my Kia Niro.

The part itself was very reasonably priced, delivered quickly and was easy to fit.
However, maybe a review of your postage charges would be a good idea? I ended up paying nearly £10 for something that cost just over £2!

Excellent service, quick to get back with my query. Correct part, a front grill for a 21 plate gt line sportage. Arrived within 3 days and fits perfectly. Very pleased with service and price.

Parts were listed as compatible with my Forte 2020 and they were not. Took 4 emails to finally get a response of a refund offer, now waiting forever for the refund, if it ever get issued.

I needed a new headlight for my Kia Venga. Local Kia Garage was £25.00 more expensive.

I did have to wait a little longer than I expected to receive the item but their communication was good and kept me informed on request.

Was in the process of ordering a space saver spare wheel kit but didn't finish the order. Luckily, I didn't finish the order but was then contacted by Kia Parts Direct. The were keen for me to complete the order and sent several automated e-mails. I e-mailed them back and it transpired that they didn't even have the kit in stock! and that it would be at least 6 weeks before they had it! None of that was outlined in the ordering process and it is clear they weren't going to divulge that information!

Ordered brake discs and pads for a Sportage. No issues stated on the site at any point, rang several days later to chase up as I hadn’t heard anything, then was told they aren’t in stock and are on back order, only date suggested was possibly June, (ordered them in April!!!). Rang 3 different dealers, all had the parts in stock and none were aware of any back order supply issues with these parts. They’re obviously selling stock they don’t have and fail to inform you when they can’t supply. This cost me as I had a mechanic booked to fit them as I was expecting to receive them in good time. When I explained this all I was told was we can refund you if you don’t want to wait. Won’t make this mistake again. Prices are good but when they can’t supply what they advertise it’s absolutely useless. Cars been done now with parts sourced elsewhere, with same day delivery.

Very good deal when it comes to buying Kia, however when something goes wrong, it takes good few weeks to order parts and you are stuck without cat, I had to hire a car to continue with my work and that cost me a lot that Kia could have sorted

Had quite a good conversation to begin with. But when parts arrived it was not the prober parts, and you are allowed to return on own cost. Really not the kind a of service I want others to end up with.
