My 9 year old daughter is a figure skater and trains 4 days per week. One of the most important things in her training right now is building muscle strength in conjunction with the moves and jumps she is learning. Kilogear is perfect! She has amazing, comfortable, beautifully made athletic gear to train in and she has that right amount of added weight to help build her strength. I cannot think of a more ingenious way to help anyone achieve their physical goals for any sport out there! Thank you Kilogear!

As an athlete, I SO appreciate the fact that KiloGear caters to my needs in and out of the gym. My daughter has been training in her new Kilogear Cut weighted shirt and leggings for a full week now. According to her, it is very comfortable during her two hour classes and she reports that she can definitely feel a difference while training in the gear versus what she would normally wear to her Irish dance class.

I have washed both the top and tights after each class and have followed the care instructions that were provided with the gear. They are washing well. They have to air dry, so you need to plan accordingly if you want to wear throughout the week.

Regarding sizing - my daughter is an 11-year-old dancer. She is just under 5 feet tall (4'11'') and she weighs 70 pounds. The size small (age 10) in both the top and bottom are an excellent fit. The leggings are long enough and the weights don't move at all while she dances. The shirt is not constrictive and she will probably be able to wear it for a year. Since she is new to Kilogear, she is wearing both pieces as "half loaded". I imagine we'll be ordering additional weights in the next few months.

Great fit. Can be worn for any exercise at all. Never moves on your body. Totally versatile.
