Watch from Italy

Ordered a watch from a dealer in Italy via Klepsoo. I was not sure if this was a good idea, but the watch arrived promptly and as described and the price was far better than was being offered by UK dealers.

KLEPSOO has great deals and customer service.. they are honest in informing me that there will be a delay because they do not have stocks for the item I wanted. they gave me options and gave me a refund when I decided to get a refund. Thank you Sara for a great job. Sara has promised to inform me if the item I wanted will be available.

I contacted Klepsoo for the best deal on a Glycine Combat Sub watch in Ambush (GL0079), got response the next day and it was a great deal. I make the purchase on Monday, and got the watch Thursday. The watch and the service are impeccable. I will definitely buy from them again.

I bought a pair of Skagen watches. they arrived in good time On DAY 1 of receiving, the clasp of one watch wouldn't close, i tried many times, the other had no problems, I contacted Klepsoo on day one. They refused to refund (despite saying you can return within 30 days for any reason) I sent them a photo which they said they can't see anything wrong, then i had to send them a VIDEO of doing one watch clasp successfully and the other one failing, It took me several hours as the video wouldn't load to them and i had to try several avenues eventually by drop box. they couldn't argue with the video. Then i sent it back by FedEx with their approval and labels provided by Klepsoo and they said they would confirm on receiving. Tracking with Fed Ex shows they received it 4 days from postage and have had it for 13 days- their website says they will process for a refund within 6 days. The whole process is now into 8 wks. I emailed them the fedex tracking evidence- and they have not even bothered replying. I am now out of pocket $300AUD. DO NOT do business with them, you will get your product quickly as they want the money, but if its faulty they will not honour their word; they will eventually let you send the product back after IRREFUTABLE evidence (despite their refund policy)but looks like they keep the money as well as taking the product and just ignore it.

JULY 2017p.s after sending Klepsoo a copy of this review, surprise surprise they immediately replied (after ignoring all emails asking where my refund process was up to) and asked me to change my review as they were due to do my refund that very day!! - note they state if they don't get the product return within 5 days of them emailing you they won't refund it (which means on they you receive their email with printable refund label you have to drop everything and drive to Fed-Ex immediately....esp in AUSTRALIA for the courier time- maybe in the UK you have a day to spare, but KLEPSOO can ignore the return product for over 2 wks on receiving. after trying to refuse a refund for 6 wks!- note I had originally been happy to return the faulty watch in EXCHANGE for a non faulty product- WHICH THEY..staff member SARA also REFUSED...My original review 25 JANUARY 2017 was still awaiting a refund for a product I contacted them as faulty on day 1 of receiving that I purchase for Xmas presents that arrived early DEC 2016.

I can see all of a sudden there customer service in the reviews months after are apparently improved....I am going to keep this review online to aid everyone else & keep Klepsoo honest & on their toes. ( AND NOT DELETE IT AT THE REQUEST OF KLEPSOO AS BLACKMAIL FOR REFUNDING MY MONEY despite having their products returned immediately & wasting much of my time in the process( I had take time off work to drive to the Airport as the only location of their Fedex courier as only open office hours) Not even a apology or a non faulty product or gift voucher....only "we will refund your purchase, please take off your review!" BUYER BEWARE. I would never do business with them again....roll the dice & hope the product you get is not faulty , even from a good brand, because this is how KLEPSOO will deal with the issue.

I've probably had the best service by FAR in my entire life. A girl named Sara did a FANTASTIC work for me even when I asked a lot of questions at the same time. She smoothly made the shipping to Sweden under 1 day!!! That's like CRAZY fast. Will be back for more shopping on this site for sure!

This delivery service is amazing.
After I saw a watch in a Milano jewellery & watch store, I went home without having bought it. Next monday I checked the Internet for this specific watch and I found it on Klepsoo. The prize for the watch was fantastic, so I ordered it. After just 36 hours a FedEx employee was in front of my house and gave me my brandnew watch. Fantastic! I never had a quicker delivery from Italy to Switzerland. Keep on with this marvellous service, Klepsoo!

I just received my Timex Red Wing X special edition watch from Klepsoo. This beautiful watch is so new it isn't even available on Timex's website. Upon ordering I was emailed that the item wasn't going to ship for 10-12 days. I needed it desperately before then as I need it for travel. So I politely emailed them back about my situation. Much to my relief, the next day they emailed to say that the watch just arrived to them.
Klepsoo shipped it from Italy To California. It arrived in 3-days..2 days earlier than what my shipping estimated!! They went out of their way to accommodate me. Communication and customer service was friendly, & quick. Now..I've worked in consumer research for 5 years, conducting 1000's of customer satisfaction surveys for a variety of services/products over the phone. From my professional opinion this friendly service, product quality, and expediency shipping-wise are all exemplar. Number ONE. Brilliant communication. I love my new watch, & the price was comparable to none. I highly recommend Klepsoo.com A++++

Took 3 weeks to deliver my items, still waiting on one more product to arrive. Items are a lot lower quality than the images suggest on the site. Returns are also deducted at 10% which isn't initially clear on purchase.

I was looking for a limited edition Otis watch. They had one but it sold before I was able to order it. They worked hard to get me another one, which I know wasn't that easy. They gave me a wonderful price. But most outstanding is their "customer service". Both Alessia and Sara were so responsive to emails. They never leave you wondering. I love this company and I will absolutely order from them again. Thank you to the entire staff for making my husband very happy!!!!

Ordered a casio steel watch that isn't available in the UK. As soon as the order had gone through I received a personal email written by a real person to advise when the item would be delivered. The process took exactly two weeks from order to delivery. I received the fedex tracking number and it was delivered as advised. Couldnt have been better. The watch is fabulous too.

My son collects watches. He wanted a certain watch for his birthday, that proved to be hard to find. Most sites didn't seem to even carry it. I found the watch on klepsoo.com, But it was out of stock. A member of the support team named Alessia contacted the supplier as to inquire when it would be back in stock at Klepsoo and did all she could to get this watch to my son. The watch arrived in time for his birthday.This company goes the extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction. Well done Klepsoo!!! Brad Corbin
