I did something one should never do. I bought something from a place I didn't check-out first. Only afterwards did I look. Forum after forum, review after review, all golden. I bought a watch that's out of production and numbers are dwindling fast. My watch was presented to me in a beautiful pillow box, in immaculate condition and in only three days! I'm over the moon with my new watch and I couldn't have bought it from a better company. Thanks Klepsoo! I'll check back next time I'm after a new timepiece.

I contacted Klepsoo many times about the purchase of a Glycine Airman watch. The first watch of interest wasn't ordered, mainly because of the font size of the numbers on the dial. The second Airman watch, I requested advise about the details of the design. I was given honest and objective, upfront information. The watch was ordered. I received it two days later. (I expected it to take a week). The watch is, as described, and a better choice than the first Airman I wished to buy. I am a US based buyer and needed an Ice Watch model for my wife's birthday on June 25th. The model she wanted was not in stock but customer service representative Alessia promptly ordered it. The watch arrived on my doorstep all the way from Italy on Monday the 20th, in plenty of time for my wife's birthday. This is an excellent customer service oriented company and I would recommend them to anyone. We will certainly be shopping with them again.

There was a particular Combat Sub I was seeking and Klepsoo had it at a great price. Service was terrific! I ordered it Thursday, it shipped Friday and I had it Monday morning. The whole experience was incredibly pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate to go to them again.

I have purchased many watches throughout the years from different companies. The one common theme is you buy the company and not the watch. Well, definitely buy Klepsoo! The staff is wonderful and kept me informed with timely updates. I bought a Glycine Combat Sub on April 26th and had the watch on April 29th! I live near Memphis. This is just superior service! The watch arrived well packaged with all the papers and hang tag. It is a beautiful piece and was also the lowest price I could find. I am beyond pleased and will be a return customer!

So I ordered a Michael Kors ring about 6 weeks ago. After the company giving us a delivery date it did not show up. Three weeks after the expected delivery date it turns up 20/4/16 after a total of 6 weeks waiting and 4 emails to the company!
All excited to get my Michael Kors rose ring on I open the packaging and there it was in a lush suade bag.... I pull the ring out and to my HORROR there is a main gem missing from the front of the ring! It is right by the Michael Kors logo going down the centre of the ring and the gem is missing!
I email the company for them to say "is the gem missing or is it just embedded in the ring"?
After a few emails back and forth they have basically told me that if I pay to send it abroad they will send it to a company to be repaire then the company will send it back to them for them to send it back to me.... All in all upto 3 months! They would not be willing to refund my faulty product!
Disgusting service and customer service, don't trust the cheap prices. They sent my ring KNOWING it was missing a gem because it is clearly obvious. If I could attach the picture of it I would!!

I was looking for a newer model of the Casio G Shock that was recently released. I had a difficult time finding this particular version from any usual online retail stores. I saw that Klepsoo was selling exactly what I wanted at a very good price. Hesitant to purchase from Italy (would I every really see this watch I had ordered?) I took a chance. What a great experience! Customer service (Alessia) responded to my questions and comments quickly before and after the sale. The order was dispatched from Italy on Monday and was in my mailbox in Florida US on Thurs. Great service, price, selection and outstanding customer service. I can not say enough good things about Klepsoo. Will order from them again for sure!

The service of the website Klepsoo.com is very great, very fast and the persons are very gentle. I've ordered a Breil watch (not in stock) and they tell me about 8-10 days for delivery, I was worried because this watch is for a gift (Birthday). I received it after 5 days with Fedex.

I have just received my Oris Diver Sixty-Five from Klepsso and am very happy with both the communication from staff and the speed of delivery. I knew the watch was a new model so contacted Klepsoo by email before placing my order. Their helpful staff informed me that the watch was not yet in stock but if I enquired again in a month they expected to have availability. I waited a month, enquired again and they did indeed have one in stock, informing me that it would be dispatched two days after the order was made. Two days after making the order and paying I received a second confirmation informing me of shipping and including a FedEx tracking number. I received the watch, well packaged, on the east coast of the USA five business days after making the order.

The watch is perfect with all tags, boxes, manuals etc, and I could not be happier with my purchase or the price I paid.

I was a bit skeptical about dealing with a company in Europe on an item that is (for me anyway) a bit on the expensive side since I am in the United States. BUT....my fears vanished when I experienced Klepsoo's excellent service and communications. My watch was backordered from the factory but Klepsoo kept me informed and my watch arrived when expected in the factory sealed package. The price was the lowest I have found for this Police model.....it's beautiful....well worth the wait! Thanks again and I hope to buy another watch from you in the future for my collection.

A truly brilliant company that managed to acquire a ring that I was unable to purchase anywhere! They advised me it was out of stock and therefore I would have to wait a while; however despite that, it still arrived earlier than scheduled!!! :-) I had to have the ring especially made. I ordered a wrist watch from Klepsoo.com and found that the transaction was easy and the infirmation on stock levels was honest. I was informed that the perticular model was out of stock and given an idea of the time limit in which it would become available. I was given the option to wait for the item or to cancel my order. I chose to wait. I was contacted imediately the item became available, when it was dispatched and with a estimated delivery date. The watch arrived a day early and in perfect condition. I would definitley do business with Klepsoo again. Delighted!

I ordered a watch that was supposedly in stock as a Christmas present. The confirmation email I received once again told me that it was in stock and that it would arrive in 15 to 20 days... 1 month passed and after a polite email to them regarding the whereabouts of my item, I was informed that it was infact not in stock and I would have to wait until mid January until they could ship it out!
I would not recommend you buy from this company.

I bought an defective watch never used it it arrived not working they refuse to exchange it or return it and was nasty about it and tried to say it was my fault like i used it and broke it even after I sent pictures of it with all stickers intact! DO NOT GET JIPPED LIKE I DID BUY ELSEWHERE!
