I was a little nervous ordering a fairly expensive watch from a site outside the UK I wasn't familiar with like Amazon etc. I was contacted very quickly and told exactly when to expect shipment and was contacted again as soon as it was shipped and given the tracking number. From start to finish the service was great and they always responded quickly to my queries! Watch arrived when I expected it and looks great so can't complain at all!

I wanted to say thank you to KLEPSOO for such a prompt delivery. When I ordered the GPS Watch, I did not expect to find it delivered before Christmas, as I understood that there was a long dispatch time.

However, the price of the watch and the reviews I had read about KLEPSOO meant that I was willing to wait.

When KELPSOO emailed to say that the dispatched time for the watch would be between 15 and 20 days, I asked if it was possible to speed up the process, as the watch was a Christmas gift.

Although KELPSOO said that you would try, I really did not expect that they would be able to speed the dispatch time, given how much the watch is out of stock on most running and watch web stores.

I was amazed to find late last week that I had received an email with dispatch and tracking details, with a delivery on the 15/11. Nevertheless, on the 14/11 the watch arrived. Wow. From order to delivery took 7 working days.

Thank you so much. I would recommend KLEPSOO, the customer service is great, the price is great, and I will be using KELPSOO for my next GPS Watch.

When I ordered the watch I was told it would be 10 to15 days to get the watch and then delivery from Italy
As it turned out it took just 10 days for the watch to arrive at my house and all along the way I was kept informed as to where the package was

The experience with that Company was very good and they have handled all the problems, because there homepage was out of order.
They have take care of to make the payment and the papers through Paypal.
We have got the watch before they have promised, and are very happy for it.

I am impressed with the delivery time and quality of my Watch.
I bought Edifice Infiniti Red Bull Racing EQB-500RBB-2AER watch and paid less then any local website or shop price.
Also delivery was next day to my door.
I was bit sceptical about buying online from a foreign website, but good previous reviews gave me confidence to spend 599 Euro's. I felt i would be risk but was worth every penny.
Customer service was great and price's are obviously great.
Will use again in future.

I ordered a beautiful Casio Edifice on Tuesday 24th November and was here in the UK from Italy on Thursday. You cannot grumble with service like that! Also fantastic price, over £100 off the UK RRP. My son is going to be very happy indeed. Thank you Klepsoo, I will definitely be ordering again very soon.

My first experience with Klepsoo was poor...but due to delays at the product manufacture but my second experience is outstanding! Prompt delivery and very kind assistance from Alessia and Anna. I will surely recommend this website and will use it the future.

I ordered an Ironman running watch from Klepsoo not realizing they were in Europe (I am in NJ). I needed wanted the watch for a race and neglected to expedite shipping. Alessia was prompt and pleasant with her assistance and the watch was at my door in less than two days from ordering....in time for the race.

I ordered an ice watch from Klepsoo, I didn't realise that it wasn't actually in stock however alessia kept me wel informed and promised it would be shipped to the UK as priority when they received it. A couple of days later I had my watch and totally happy with the purchase and service. Excellent service even when I was a little 'shirty' with the staff. Would definitely reccomend and use again. Klepsoo are an amazing company with down to earth staff who kept me upto date at all time, they were very helpful with my enquiries and i also got immediate replies to all of my messages.
I even got my items in half the stated time and was kept informed regarding transit by klepsoo themselves,
After recieving items they also messeged just to see if im happy or not with my purchase.

I had an overall excellent experience purchasing from Klepsoo. They gave me up to date availability on the product I ordered and then shipped it much sooner than was expected. As it came all the way from Italy to the US, I was expecting it to take much longer to arrive once shipped, but I received it in just a few days.

Great customer service over all and I would definitely shop through them again.

Superb service from start to finish! Received constant updates re: my purchase and when I ordered I requested extra speedy delivery as the product was to be a special 21st gift. This lovely company obviously took note of my request as my purchase arrived on time by FedEx courier. The quality of the watch is superb and was considerably cheaper than other stockists. I would definitely recommend Klepsoo to anyone who wishes to buy quality products.

I have never heard of this company before, I order my G-Shock from them as it was 120.00 GBP cheaper than any where else, ordered it on the morning Tuesday 8th September, conformation order with FedEx tracking number sent to me, collected by Fedex, on Wednesday, and arrived in the morning of Thurdsay 10th September, to my home in the UK. Deliverey was free of charge, whatch arrived undamaged and have had no problems.

I ordered a well known brand of sport watch from Klepsoo. That had a great price, shipped it to me here in the USA. It came in two days, amazing, thanks!

I saw their low price on a Garmin 220 & was worried about a website I'd never heard of.

Their ratings on trust pilot allayed my concerns.

I ordered on a Saturday and the watch arrived on a Wednesday to San Diego CA from Italy.

2 things that you should be aware of:

1. The charge your credit card in Euros so you'll get hit with a foreign transaction fee. I wish I knew because I would have used a credit card that has no foreign transaction fees. Would have saved me $7.

2. At least with my watch, they require Fedex to collect a signature at delivery would could delay the delivery of your item.

Great experience, good online shop, goods as described, delivery on time would recommend .

The communication with Klepsoo is fast and gentle. I received the watch 2 days after. The transporter has been reliable too. The watch is beautiful and meets my expectations. I'm happy with the purchase and with the short delivery delay. And this is thanks to klepsoo. I really enjoy purchasing at Klepsoo and I recommand them for all watch lovers.

I had reservations about ordering from this vendor due to the price being considerably lower than US retailers for the same item, and all of this with free intl shipping.

I ordered an out of stock item on Sunday, received a prompt email explaining my alternatives revised my order to specify the in stock item on Monday, and had received the item by the same Wednesday. Wow.

I ordered a watch on June 18 from Klepsoo after reading reviews from numerous sites. Some said they had a terrible experience and some good, as usual. I decided to order anyway as I really wanted this watch and they had the cheapest price. I knew the saying "you get what you paid for" but I did it anyway. Once my order was placed, I got conformation. The next day, I received the tracking info. It stated that my watch would be here on Thursday the 25th. I received my today Tuesday the 23rd much earlier than expected. I would definitely order from them again.
