Jag vill bara informera att vi har haft kunder som skickat tillbaka paket själva och betalat posten 149kr för att försäkra sig om att paketet kommer fram. Det är kundens ansvar att klockan inte kommer bort och att den kommer till dörren om kunden väljer att inte använda våra fraktsedlar med sändningsnummer.
Vi tar 120kr för returer men då är paketet försäkrat och med våra returfraktsedlar är kunden inte ansvarig för bortkommet paket.
Ha en fortsatt fin sommar.

Bad quality of a Swiss watch and customer service!
I have bought Swiss Military Hanowa watch as a gift for my friend and I expected good quality Swiss watch. After couple of weeks when I took the watch out of the box I have noticed the watch's logo is misplaced and was loose on the watch dial!!
I have sent it back to Klockor.nu and since the watch was totally new and untouched with all the covers and tags intact, I expected to get a new watch as a replacement but instead they repaired the watch and I got refurbished watch. Not happy from my purchase and experience. Expected more from Swiss watch and better customer service!

We are sorry you weren't happy with your purchase and can understand the frustration especially since it was a gift. We all expect more from a Swiss Made watch. Nevertheless even Swiss Made watches have 2 years guarantee which means there can be production faults.
However, all aftersales are always inspected by our agents and their watchmakers. The decision of how to proceed with aftersales is made by them. In this case they decided to repair the watch. It is important to understand that such a decision, whether to replace a watch or not, can't be made by Klockor.nu's customer service. There are policies we have to follow when it comes to replacement of watches.
My hope is that your friend is happy with the watch. If there is any problems with the watch please contact me at info@klockor.nu and ask for Corceta. I will do my best to help you with any question.
