Exceptionel good handling of order and shipment!
When I called Klockor.nu the first time they didnt have any of the two watshes I wanted to order in stock. They were very efficient by both checking if and when it was posssible to order them and to call me an tell me how it went. Also the shipping went very quick. Very good work!

Almost satisfied!
Ordered a clock but it was out of stock, changed to another and that one had a very long deliverytime... so at least I ordered another one, and that was not really the clock I prefeared. Now I have it and its ok!
Anyway the service was great and the deliverytime was short when I at least ordered a clock in stock. Nice prices!!!

I will use this site again.
My watches had a long delivery date and I was asked if I still wanted them. I was given a new delivery date and it was kept. I wanted to change my order and that was no problem. I got one contact person and she kept me informed all teh way.

Cheap, good, fast and nice service
Klockor.nu have a low price even for being a Swedish company. This is really nice and you dont have to order from China. Åsa and Ronnie working at klockor are very friendly and helpful. I had no problems.

Right clock, at wrong time
- I recommend klockor.nu. My only complaint is that the delivery from klockor.nu took a lot longer time than I was told. Apart from that it was a good bargain. This Citizen came even cheaper than it was listed, and my son who received the clock was much pleased, fourteen days after his birthday. Åsa at klockor.nu gave me a notification once they realised that my delivery was delayed. Next time I'm in need for a wrist watch, I'll check klockor.nu.

Great service
From the day that I made the order, everything whent really fast. I thought we were gonna wait for the watch more than a week but it arrived in a couple of days! The quality of the product is superb, 5 years guarantee is perfect!
I'm sure I will shop at klockor.nu in the future aswell!
