quality and delivery problem
We bought a watch in november. it did not work. we send it back and it took three weeks before it came back. they had changed the battery. one week later it didnt work again. we send it back again and it took tree-four weeks again before we got it back. we used it for one week or two and parts fell off and the lights didnt work. We talked to klockor.nu and they send a envelope to send it back in and they said that we can ask for a new one. we did that. This was in april. one week into june I phoned klockor.nu. We had still not heard anything. It showed that the responsible person had quit and the case was left in his computer. The girl I talked to was very helpful and nice and did the best of it but we were disapointed that we couldn´t order the same watch anymore and that our son had to wait seven mounths before he could use the watch he got for his birthday in november.

A perfect company. No problems what so ever. Evrything waas easy to follow and understand and took so short time to recive the package. And the watch i ordered was as nice as described! Im 100% satisfied!!!

Excellent service, rather slow delivery
Klockor.nu is a very proffessional site.
This was my second order from klockor.nu and the only con I can find is the rather slow delivery time against other sites.
Although it's klockor.nu's suppliers that delivers slow it affects the site.
I recieved my watch in approximately 10 days.
Love this site though :)
