Again, Knifecenter has the most awesome Customer Service Representatives on the Knife Planet. It started about a decade ago with Kristin as a new, bright, bubbly, can-do customer service rep. that did not have “Cannot” in her vocabulary. I owe the start of my journey with Knifecenter to that extraordinary experience that never wavered for years & years till she was promoted up & up into the KC ranks. Over the years Kristen left her mark and the mgt. of KC has found people of that caliber year after year. KC has been my go-to for edged tools for years. I've only had one issue (redeeming a gift card) that, due to my error, fell through the cracks. Within a day KC customer service fixed the issue and got us straight. Great selection and quick shipping! I also appreciate that they do not charge until my order is shipped! They have earned my business time and again! TRUSTWORTHY!

I started doing business with knifecenter around mid 2009 I was a man of 19 going on 20 years old there is never been a time that I've done business with this company and felt as though that they didn't care you know they always made me feel as though I was at home with the knife family and he always made me feel as though I wasn't not important they care about their business and most of all they care about the customers as if they were a part of their own family I had one issue it was taken care of that day that minute they just they care you know if they see something wrong they fix it it doesn't matter what it is or who it is they care I mean yeah every company has their issues Nobody's Perfect but this company will always listen to the customer and try to make it that much better they're always open the ideas and thoughts that can make a customer's day even better there will never be a time that you talk to these people and they make you think that you're not important you know if you buy something they have a policy that if it's not right they will give you an option to send it back and give you your money back or if you just want to trade it out for something of equal value or the same product they will just send it to you as long as you send the old knife back I just don't know any other way to say it they make you feel at home these people know what they're talking about and if they don't understand something they look into it I mean it's just a fun wholesome family company I did business with the current owners uncle and it was amazing I never had anything negative to say about the man at all the man had chose to sell the company to his nephew Josh korn and like his uncle he's put his footprint deep and hard into the knife industry of being a supplier and a promoter for other knife companies to sell their products listen to me whoever reads this don't be shy about this company don't be afraid of something new believe me you won't be disappointed and that's the truth give these people a chance and I promise you you won't regret it

Fast shipping, but...
This seller, like many others is part of a systemic problem in the knife industry. They actively ban overly negative reviews of your purchases on their site, (simply won't publish them) and they charge return shipping if you're dissatisfied. Aside from that, your "tool" must be in brand new, unused condition. Pretty difficult to determine whether or not a knife is any good without testing it. Non-returnable at that point. They also protect companies that have no post-sale customer service by ignoring complaints you may have with purchases. They won't even do the bare minimum to act on your behalf to get a pocket clip... When sellers have volatile return policies and run interference for sketchy companies by blocking negative reviews on the products they sell, along with a clear disinterest in providing managerial help to customers, it undermines honesty and integrity. And knife center joins a very well established list of places that put the customer last.

I started following KnifeCenter on YouTube over a year ago. Their show is informative and educational, combined with wit and humor. I have ordered a number of blades from them and have never been disappointed. Today I purchased a T6/T8 Torx bit driver set. Just wanted to thank you for my new ZT 0452BLUCF. I had asked for one with a light detent and a centered blade, and that is exactly what I received. The blade is held closed securely, yet smooth to deploy. This knife has better action than several Shiros I have handled.

Both knives I ordered said “in stock” only after I made my purchase did I get an email saying one of the knives was not in stock and would ship in 7-10 days. It has been 10 days and no update. I ordered these as gifts and due to this delay missed being able to give them on the birthday

Knifecenter has become my go to for knives, flashlights, sharpeners. Shipping and processing is always fast, even with using USPS. As an added bonus their YouTube page does a great breakdown of new and upcoming knives. Can basically find a review of the knives for sale on there.

Hi, I placed a pre-order the other day for an item I was interested in and unfortunately forgot to enter the free coupon code for an additional item that was being offered with a purchase at that time.
Although I have since called in and your customer service agent was able to add it to my pending order, I would respectfully suggest that you incorporate a reminder including any current offers to pop up on the checkout screen during the checkout process, as a reminder, should someone be interested in your current free offer(s).
