First class service
Clear website, easy and simple to order. Fair price and 'lightning' delivery. There was a slightly cheaper online alternative but I am very satisfied I chose Koffiecentrale, and will no doubt use their service again.

It was reasonable
It was reasonable, the delivery was gone before I could reach the door and didn't even try to leave it at the neighbors so I had to wait an extra day and fetch it myself. The tea was OK, not as good as Curtis Tea, why can't we get that in Western Europe? It was expensive. But the selection is impressive. I wish they had an "introduction" package where one could choose 5 or 6 different teas and taste try first. I was disappointed in the Chocolate Orange.

Very good service. They have quite a lot of coffee beans that are very difficult to find elsewhere. Delivery was in time. They also quickly answer your emails and accommodate your requests easily. Very happy of my purchase.

i was looking for a 1kg Passalacqua…
i was looking for a 1kg Passalacqua Moana that is not very easy to find here in belgium.
They have good choice of italian top quality brand like Illy, Passalacqua, Mokaflor and many others that i never tried.
I am very eager to try them all.
They are really super fast and very efficient. Very impressive.
So why only 4?
Because it's only in dutch and i don't speak dutch so i need to use Google Chrome to translate in english.
i will put a 5 star if the website will also be in english one day
