Good product, prices, service, but frustrating website.
I am very happy with my purchase and the speed and quality in which it arrived. I almost quit several times during the ordering process because of the poor navigation and ridiculously restrictive order form. It took me too many attempts to get the phone # format perfect and was only succesful finally by copying the phone # from the company contact. I'm not from NL so mayb that was just me, but it should take any combination of the correct amount of digits and getting the ()+ perfect is silly.
I found the navigation poor. I was unable to open new products in tabs so I could compare them. Right click new tab was not available nor did clicking on the scroll wheel work. Clicking on product and using the back button was the only way. This is only how mobile users surf. How many customers are ordering from a coffee supply wharehouse on their phones? Again, maybe I'm the odd man out and all their customers do their business via mobile but I hated the usability of the site.
In the end it was too much effort to make the selections and place the order but I am happy and will order again because of selection, price, and quick service. I just won't enjoy the interface.
Would be 4 stars, but I had many, many setbacks placing the order.

Not the pads I asked for
I ordered on the website a specific type of coffee pads, which I couldn't find elsewhere in NL. They delivered another type, same brand, but not the ones I like.
Anyway delivery is timely and everything was fine beside the fact that I didn't get the pads I wanted.
