They have best italian coffee pads that i could find in NL, pretty fast delivery and sometimes they include a little gift as part of your order. Delivery is also well packed.

Fantastic coffee but company slightly let down by DHL

Great coffee, great comms. DHL let you down with delivery though. They said they hadn’t delivered it because it needed a signature, which is ok. I set a new delivery arrangement in a safe place. They said it was delivered. It wasn’t. Then they told me they had returned it to you. Then they told me it was returned to you again! Then they said it was delivered. It wasn’t. Then it turned up the next day 🤷‍♂️
None of this was your fault though. The coffee is superb and so I will be ordering again, as long as you stock Finca Frailes 😃👍🏻

Spoke good English

Spoke good English, responsive. I was a little disappointed that, when I placed my order on Thursday (the day before Koningsdag), they didn't ship the order until Monday, but I cannot blame them for having a national holiday off. Overall, good experience!

Very quick and good service!

Very quick and good service although I had to return because of it is not the right coffee machine I was looking for. They were still giving very good service/arrangement with free return (with track and trace) After that very quick refund. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend to anyone who wants to buy coffee and coffee machine to buy from this website. My thumb up!
