HORRIBLE COMPANY! PLEASE DO NOT GET CHEATED BY THEM.

These people are scam artists and thieves. They advertise products and send you something totally different and don't want to refund you. Total scam artists. They should be put out of business and arrested, it's pitiful what they're doing and getting away with. Save yourself time, money and a HEADACHE! stay away from them and warn others about their scam business.

Absolutely awful company. I paid for a 5ft pre lit snowman with top hat. I got quite excited when I knew my "parcel" was about to be delivered. When my husband walked in with the smallest parcel I've ever seen I began to smell a rat! What I got was a cheap plastic thing to hang on a Christmas tree (which I won't be doing). I immediately searched the company and found all these reviews, I was so mad! I e-mailed them and after few emails they stated that size, quality and colour may differ from original order, no shirt Sherlock. I was offered 10% then 12% which I have refused and I have opened a case on PayPal against them but not feeling that hopeful. I thought you are protected by PayPal seems I may be wrong. Facebook surely has to be held accountable for allowing these fraudsters to advertise on their website. Very angry!!

I ORDERED A WREATH, AND RECEIVED A PIECE OF PAPER WITH A PICTURE OF THE WREATH :(, AND PAID $26.98 USD FOR A PIECE OF PAPER.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 Christmas Sea Glass trees. I received 2 little plastic pieces of junk trees. I thought I would be protected by Palpal ... think again. DON'T USE PAYPAL! They allow the company to respond with a partial refund!! I sent a detailed refund request including pictures and the website showing what I ordered. I didn't order plastic Chinese crap and I don't want to keep it for less money. Quite a scam, advertise a beautiful product and send junk and only give a portion of the money back :(
This is not an American Company, you cannot get your money back no matter what you think. DO NOT ORDER FROM WALLIEN STORE OR KOKOERP.

I got fooled by this company. I neglected to check for reviews and bought two "realistic" dogs which are supposed to move and follow you around. NOT these 7 inch stuffed toys are only worth about $1.00. And judged by so many negative complaints- they don't care but rather live on the money they make form those who don't bother to check their reviews like i did. I will pursue getting my money back.

I am only giving this a 1star because I could not give my opinion without giving the 1 star. The dog you sent that I paid 30 dollars for is a ripoff You and all of your associates should be jailed for fraud. I could have bought the dog you sent me for 1 dollar at the dollar store. Even the ears on the dog don’t match. That shows the kind of workmanship you have if nothing else’s. I tell everyone to not order anything from you because they will be ripped off I’m not going to sue to get my money back just by looking at your reviews

Buyers beware - ordered Sea Glass Christmas trees received cheap plastic trees. Email address to contact them is undeliverable. Contacted PayPal for assistance in getting resolution and monies back

Bait & switch! BEWARE!!! Ordered sea glass lighted decorative Christmas Trees, received small cheap Dollar Store plastic trees.
Pursuing a refund with a lot of back & forth run around, with no resolution. Opened a dispute ticket with PayPal. Hopefully this will resolve the issue & I will get a refund.

This company is nasty and a rip off. I received my parcel today and I was expecting 2 beautiful sea glass Christmas trees. However all I hot was 4 tiny plastic trees not worth a dollar. I paid close to $80 CDN the email doesn't work to respond to them. I'm devastated seeing that these were Christmas gifts. Anyone having success in receiving the correct products?

I ordered a husky dog, two months later it came, it came in a plastic bag. It’s a stuffed carnival toy dog !! It is in a sitting position and no way Poseable, it looked like something you would buy from Dollar tree for a dollar 😤. $30 dollars down the trash 🤬. This company is a SCAM !!!!!!! I’m disabled and on a budget, I purchased this dog for a grandchild, the ad makes it look so real, the eyes blink and mouth moves. I was so deceived and scared to ask for a refund because all the reviews state Bad customer service & pennies on the dollar refund. Listen to me people

Never Ever buy from this Company. They lie regarding their products and ship cheap nasty products which are nothing like what the picture looked where you ordered from! They will take your money under false advertising and when you confront them about this, they will send you many emails stating they will give you 5% refund, then 10% refund, then 15% refund and so on until you give in! I did not give in and 95 emails later they are still telling me they refunded the amount. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!"

I ordered what looked to be a beautiful doll with a wardrobe of clothing. What I got was a distorted smashed toy in a bag. It wasn’t worth $2. I paid over $30. They argue with you, they won’t send a refund. Offered 10% refund and said I could keep the toy because it was “usable”. Terrible person!! Live and learn.

This company is a total disgrace. I waited over 2 months for my order to arrive with loads of excuses from them during this time. When the order arrived it was a stuffed dog like you would get in a vending machine it didn't even look new.
I complained and asked for either a full refund or the correct order delivered, loads of emails and excuses later, and still no resolve. Every email offers me $1 more!! I ordered a moving dog as advertised on facebook not a stuffed piece of rubbish suitable for the bin. I paid over £30 for this, very clever how they hold on to your money. PLEASE DONT BE CONNED AS I HAVE BEEN

I will never purchase from this company again, they make excuses as to why it takes so long to receive your package. I placed my order on the 2nd October and it is now the 11th November and I am still waiting to receive it, when chasing they had the audacity to offer me $2 compensation, how degrading.

SCAM!!! This company sent me a cheap toy drum less than $1 US in place of the Fang Drum I ordered. In requesting a full refund I was told by email that the company could not refund me my money because the supplier cheated them. I was asked to accept a %10, %30 and now %40 refund. I did not accept it, I want a full refund and will be filing a complaint with Facebook for allowing these scammers to cheat the public. This is the worst experience I have had purchasing online and I will be doing less of it due to this situation. If I could give this company zero stars I would.

Absolute rubbish product nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a Halloween wreath in mid September and received it today 10th November. What arrived is a small polyster cushion with a picture of something slightly resembling a wreath. Have emailed them requesting a refund. This should be intrresting. Will never deal with this company again or purchase anything via facebook

Bought 2 items previously from a website that were great... went through same site again to reorder and ended up with these people, I don’t know how as they didn’t deal with my previous orders

This is the worst ever , big mistake doing business with these people. The ad said American made .What a lie. When I finally received my order it was the wrong product. They refused to correct the mistake. It was difficult to correspond with them because they didn't speak English. So I'm not only out 60 dollars , I've lost my trust in online companies. Shame on me!!

If I could give it a minus zero I would. Ordered a wreath from these crowd and what I got was rubbish. They are scam artists. Buyer beware of them.
